AURA PALMS - ELEGANT 5 BEDROOM HOME WITH HEATED POOL & HOT TUB

Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the home, location, cleanliness, and amenities. Regarding the hot tub schedule, the pool and spa share the same equipment. During the day, the system is set to circulate and filter the pool water to keep it clean and healthy for guests. The spa is then scheduled to run during designated hours so guests can enjoy it while still ensuring proper filtration of the entire pool system. We’re glad you had a perfect stay. We’d love to host you again in the future!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your kind words—it was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found the amenities and kitchen fully stocked and in good condition. Regarding the pool and hot tub heating, this option is clearly stated in the listing as a flat fee for the entire stay, not by individual days. During your visit, temperatures dropped to around 40°F in West Palm Beach. It took approximately 36 continuous hours of heating to bring the pool temperature up to 89°F. Because of the time and energy required, the system cannot be turned on and off for individual days as per your requested, especially for shorter stays. The pool heating system runs continuously once activated, regardless of usage, and we are charged for the electricity the entire time it is operating. For transparency with future guests, we also went above and beyond to accommodate this reservation by approving an early check-in, a late check-out, and accommodating a group size above the listed maximum. All house rules, fees, and options were clearly disclosed in the listing and communicated again prior to arrival. While the guest acknowledged that the home and amenities were great, the rating appears to reflect dissatisfaction with clearly disclosed policies rather than the quality of the stay itself. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and accommodating while asking that our house rules be respected just as guests would expect in their own homes. We appreciate the stay and wish our guests the best in their future travels.
