Wonderful place

I stayed three nights on a business trip. The place is immaculate and comfortable. Wonderful host experience - I appreciated all the little things. Neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place. Super location.

Place was immaculate. Lots of treats, coffee water and even slippers ! Would recommend 100%. Right in the heart of over the rhine. Restaurants and bars walking distance as well as Washington park. Will stay here again for sure.

Great Stay

First time in Cincinnati for vacation. Place was clean, safe and exactly as described. Tons to do in the area and the free trolley got us everywhere else! Host was awesome and easily accessible. Thank you!!

The property is lovely. We appreciate its convenience to the tram, stadium, and restaurants in OTR. We LOVE the on-site gated parking and the convenience of having a first floor unit. Future guests should be aware that the unit is directly off the main entrance for the building, so there is a lot of door noise, but the host provides earplugs for guests. I would also caution future guests to take good photos when arriving and upon departure to avoid any issues with conflicting information from their cleaning service.

Better than the Hilton!

We came to town with my daughter for a college visit. My husband, myself and my daughter came to town a little early and enjoyed a day walking around in OTR. The accommodations were perfect! The property was clean, top notch amenities and very comfortable! I’d recommend to anyone!

Just found our next Cincinnati stay!

Property had everything we expected, and a lot of unexpected amenities. We walked to restaurants. We walked to Kroger. We walked just for the enjoyment of walking in the neighborhood and downtown. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was amazing and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent. We live in the area but wanted to be downtown for the music festival. There were so many things nearby - we really enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend

This was my first time staying in an airb&b and I must say I’ll never book a hotel again. The location was amazing, private, convenient, comfortable, clean, and I can go on and on. Great place!

Great quick stay

We only stayed one night in town for a concert but we were treated like long term guests. Communication was great, condo was very clean, we had midnight snacks and toiletries if needed. Only downside is one onsite parking spot but understandable in the OTR location. I would definitely book with Somaly again!

Wonderful place!

We are over 70, so we LOVED having a close, reserved parking spot and being on the first floor. EVERYTHING was top notch!! So clean, everything wa needed was there, and the caretaker was very responsive. The only suggestion we have would be to have a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room. roo.

Great spot in OTR!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and communicated well. We even got some great recommendations for restaurants/bars/things in the area. The unit is immaculately clean. They offer lots of little touches as far as coffee, snacks, bathroom small items. The unit is very nice and well decorated. The dedicated parking spot is wonderful. Check in/out and instructions are thorough. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect for soccer game day!

I don't want to tell you all about this because I want to have the condo available for when we visit again, but I must be honest! This place was lovely, our host Somaly was very easy to communicate with, and the location is wonderful! Easy access to the free rail line that loops through downtown, walking distance to the soccer stadium, Washington Park, and Findlay Market. And we loved having gated parking right on site! This particular unit is also especially nice for anyone with mobility issues since there are no stairs. We can't wait to come back!

This was a good stay but I would not say it was 10/10. For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between guests. The only place to hang towels are three nails in the bathroom, and at one point when I took my towel off the nail flew off with it. That being said, overall it was a good place. There were many thoughtful touches and everything was in working order. We really appreciated the snacks and the toilette items they left. I would probably stay here again, I would just have wanted to have a better idea of what I was walking in to.

Exceptional

If you are looking for a cute, walkable, clean apartment for your weekend in Cincinnati, this is the space for you! It is great for a couple. Snacks & toiletries that you may have forgotten were provided. I forgot my loofah & that was one of the items provided in the bathroom. It is a short walking distance to a number of restaurants/bars. It looks just like the photos. Somaly was a great & responsive host. I would definitely recommend this space to family & friends. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Somaly for sharing this absolutely wonderful space!

This 14ft high-ceiling unit offers an open concept & spacious living w/ oversize windows bringing in natural/bright light. An urban contemporary feel located @the HotSpot of OTR. Abundance of scrumptious restaurants & tasty breweries are in every corner. Washington Park, Musical Hall/Theaters are a block away, along with the Cincinnati Bell Connector: a hop-on/hop-off StreetCar that will run you through the Central Biz District (Fountain Square, more pubs/restaurants), & all the way down to the Banks: a riverfront playground & home to the Great American Ballpark/Paul Brown Stadium. The Banks is now a DORA district [ where you can take your alcohol and walk around ].... cHeeRs~

OTR has transformed into a very lively & vibrant part of downtown Cincy. Many local artists/boutique shops are scattered up & down the popular Main/Walnut/Vine/Elm St. You can find amazing restaurants/bars/breweries/cafe/coffee shops at all corners. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding Washington Park, Ziegler Park/Pool, Court Street Shops, the Pendleton Art District, & etc...

Getting Around:
**walking distance to many desired places
**can hop on the cincy bell connector: 1 block away
**scooters/bike rentals are available @the Garage OTR
( I love their segway tours )

**0.75–1 mile uber ride to the Banks/waterfront area of downtown

**cross over the Ohio river to northern KY, ( 2-2.5miles) for more restaurants/entertainment @Newport on the Levee, downtown Covington, and Mainstrasse Village----there are walkable/bikable bridges connecting OH to NKY
