Unrestricted Sea Views! 3 bedroom cottage overlooking Widemouth Bay, Cornwall

Welcome to "Seaview". A beautiful bungalow that has uninterrupted, breathtaking sea views of Widemouth Bay and the surrounding countryside.

This brick built chalet/bungalow overlooks the Atlantic ocean and is in the perfect location for exploring beautiful Devon and Cornwall. The bungalow is situated just ten minutes from the famous South West coastal path and the award winning Blue flagged sandy beach at Widemouth Bay which is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer. Widemouth Bay is just 3 miles from Bude which has an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and amenities including a sea pool, golf course, swimming pool and sports centre.

The bungalow is privately owned and is situated on a small, friendly holiday park that is set on 13 acres of beautiful countryside overlooking the sea. The holiday home was recently purchased by new owners for their private use however they have now decided to rent out a few weeks during the year. The bungalow has an excellent rental history and is very sought after due to it's prime location and having unrestricted sea views. Previous guests have described it as having the best location on the site. (Please note that the site leisure facilities are currently closed and will remain closed for the rest of the year).

From the comfort of your own private patio, enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves or relax with an evening cocktail while watching the beautiful sunsets.

The bungalow comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are two double rooms and one twin room. It was recently remodeled to include a new kitchen and shower room. The kitchen has a double oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster along with a washer, dryer. The dining room table seats 6 people and there are two comfortable sofas in the living room to relax or watch TV. Enjoy the beautiful ocean and countryside views from the dual aspect windows in the living room and dining room as well as the front facing bedrooms.

We are currently only accepting bookings for a minimum of 7 days.
Guest turnover day is Saturday with check in at 4pm and check out at 10 am.
(Bookings must be Saturday to Saturday).

The property is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Important notes:
The holiday village does not have wifi at the moment so guests will have to use the mobile data on their phones. Most guests don't have a problem with this and many have commented that they find it makes for a more relaxing holiday.

Bed linen is included but guests must bring their own towels and tea towels (and oven glove if needed).

Leisure facilities and amenities are currently closed. However, there is an excellent hotel and restaurant within walking distance that has beautiful ocean and sunset views.

There is a very short walk from the car park to the bungalow. Luggage trolleys are available at the car park if needed. There are 4 low steps to the front door and therefore the property may not be suitable for guests that are elderly, frail or have mobility problems.

The chalet is on the front row and is the closest to the ocean and therefore has amazing sea views.
