Very nice

Unit is small, but clean and more than adequate. No problems really. Likely because of covid restrictions there were no towels at the pool. Having a cooler and beach chairs in the room was a pleasant and useful surprise. Would like clearer instructions in how to use the TV.

Awesome place, wonderful hosts

Nice view of the ocean from the lanai. It was nice sleeping to the sound of the ocean just footsteps away. Coconut marketplace and many other shopping and dining options close by. The property is clean, updated, granite counters, travertine floors. The bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Beautiful landscaping on the property. Pool, hot tub, and grill are nice.

Islander on the beach

The visit was great in most respects. Loved the location. I have only a few concerns. First, I thought this condo was on the ground floor. I suppose that might have been my mistake. I wish we had known how many establishments were still closed. A heads up about traffic would have been helpful, but that is not really your responsibility. It was a wonderful visit.

Steps to the beach

Nice cozy unit with beach chairs to carry the few steps to the beach. Can hear the surf as you fall asleep. Watched the waves break as we sipped our morning coffee on the balcony. Owners very responsive.

Awesome!!

We had a great time at this property!! It was very clean and perfect views from the balcony!!! We enjoyed relaxing and listening to the ocean! This property is in a great location to travel to the north or south of the island. We would recommend this to any of our friends or family traveling to Kauai!!

Cute very clean condo just steps from the ocean.

The condo was very clean and had a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and tea kettle which was great. You can hear the ocean from your room but in order to get that beautiful ocean view you pretty much have to sit at the far left side of the deck and hang over the railing. Also the crowd here is a bit older. The host was very easy to communicate with and overall it was a good deal.

Very comfortable

We had a comfortable and easy stay. The apartment is very simple, but had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Kauai. You can see the ocean from the deck! We loved using the snorkel gear and beach towels. Make sure you check out a great happy hour next door at Lava Lava! Thanks for a great stay.

Kapaa holiday

All was quite good once we found the silverware and the bath tub mat. Nice location and the room was clean and fairly well stocked. A colander and a couple sharp knives and possibly a knife sharpener would be an improvement. The tub mat was not out in an obvious location and the tub bottom has what appears to be a non-slip texture. Therefore, I was in the shower and slipped, I fell out of the shower on to the floor and bashed my head requiring a trip to the emergency room to get stapled up. Afterwards we searched for a bath mat and found it rolled up and tucked away under the sink. I’m OK, but it could have been worse, I could have easily broken bones. It might be a good idea to put the bath mat in an obvious, visible location so that people don’t think the tub bottom is slip free. Once we used the bath mat, no more injuries occurred.😎Will

Had a great time!

The location of this condo was great, it’s right in the middle of all the action with easy access to the North and South. The grounds where we stayed were beautiful and the beach front was great for an evening walk or sitting on the balcony watching the ocean . The condo is small but it worked very well for us, we really enjoyed our time here.

Peaceful retreat !

We had the most amazing experience while staying at this unit! Great location for the condo and the island. Everything you need is within walking distance and such a friendly atmosphere - especially the hard working employees keeping the property absolutely beautiful, hats off to them in a big way! Great Get-away!!

Excellent location to stay, easy to get to any part of the island from! We loved having pool and beach access right where we were too! The beach was a great spot to see the sunrise!

Great place for visiting with a little one

This place was perfect for us traveling with our 1 year old. We greatly appreciated the high chair and beach toys. The location was great...right on the beach for jet lagged sunrise walks, relaxing well maintained pool area, friendly staff. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing was so wonderful. The kitchenette was well equipped so that we were able to eat some meals in. It was so nice to only have a short drive to Lydgate, the perfect spot for taking baby in the water. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great stay at an adorable price

Overall a great stay! Finding the location was slightly complex on Google maps but the directions provided by the owner was adequate. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and well equipped with required amenities. The only issues were the weird smell at the place and the performance of the air conditioner. The air conditioner would turn off automatically and was slightly loud. But overall, this was a very good stay at a great location at an affordable price.

Great Location wonderful amenities

Great location and all the extras was a huge plus! Cooler, beach chairs, kitchenette, etc. The coconut marketplace was also really nice to have right next door! Only con was the bed and parking. The bed was incredibly soft which we are used to something more firm and the sheets wouldn't stay on, and since there is Trees Lounge right there parking at night time could get difficult. Overall we had a great time! Mahalo for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful ocean view condo

Loved our stay here! Perfect location can see and hear ocean and walking distance to everything! Great condo for a couple had everything we needed only thing that could have improved is the musty smell but you’re on the beach right!

Our Stay in Kapaa

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condos are quiet and give you a feeling of calm. The beach is directly behind the property, a nice place to have a cup of coffee early in the morning before anyone is up. The pool is awesome, and the condo is stocked with extras like boogie boards. We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio which was quite comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

Great Little Stop on Our Trip!

We stayed here for two nights on our Kauai trip! It was a great place right on the beach, which was fantastic! We loved being able to sit on the beach and just run back up to the condo for anything we might need. Great location as well! Thanks so much!

Great deal on an ideally located studio!

My son & I found the studio to be well sized for us...feels bigger than it is. Lovely ocean view from the lanai & small kitchen has just enough appliances. Right near the shops & restaurants of coconut marketplace so after a day of exploring you can eat a decent meal without having to get back in the car. Check in process super clear, easy & we enjoyed our stay.
