Sea Colony West Side 2nd floor lakeview condo w/ tennis and pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, state of the art fitness center and private beach. Relax with pristine lake views and enjoy the breeze. This second floor condo boasts a tree-lined wrap around porch, deck and new LVP flooring throughout with 3-bedrooms plus a loft with a total of 3 full bathrooms. The main level offers a living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary suite and primary ensuite with a jetted tub. The 2nd floor loft features a full bath and queen bed. Unit includes central air conditioning, washer, dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, free Wifi, and a gas fireplace.
Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis and pickleball, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. This unit is conveniently located steps from the fitness center, aquatics center, the beach shuttle, and a fishing dock. The tennis center is a short walk from the unit. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
There is a strict no dog policy.
*Renters are deemed to have accepted the terms of the form rental agreement in the VRBO listing when they book the rental through VRBO. Check-in information and other information about the property will be made available when final payment is made through VRBO.

This rental is an upper unit with approximately 20 steps to the entrance.
Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits may be available if there are three or more people staying in the unit and is the maximum allowed per unit unless renters make other arrangements with Sea Colony management in advance of arrival. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. The property manager and owners of the unit are not responsible for illegally parked cars.

Summer Vacation

Great property! Very well equipped and clean. Richard was very easy to communicate with before our stay. We had no issues at all during the week. Would definitely stay again next year.

Kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are clean. The location is convenient to pools and splash pad as well as the fitness center. A tram stop is just outside the parking lot. The main bedroom has large windows that get the morning sun. There are vertical blinds that partially block the sun.

Relaxing getaway

We wanted to do a beach vacation within driving distance from Upstate NY and we were looking at the Delaware region. We had no idea about Sea Colony and what they offered in terms of amenities. We selected this location due to options for everyone to do in case of a rainy day. We had one rainy day and we used the gym and indoor pool/hot tub and sauna. The rest of the time, we took the shuttle/tram - which was so convenient - to get to the beach and hang out there for the day. It was also conveniently located to the boardwalks of Bethany and Rehoboth beaches. The home was perfect for all of us to spread out and enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch or the couch. The beds were comfy and bathrooms/kitchen was clean. When we first got there, housekeeping/cleaners left a note that they were delayed. They showed up after 15 minutes of checking in. They were apologetic but urgently went to clean things and were friendly to us and wished us a great vacation. The homeowners kept in touch periodically and were cordial and friendly. We would love to return! It’s a terrific beach town!

Great stay in Sea Colony!

Had a fantastic trip to Bethany last week and the unit was great and as advertised. It's a quick ride over to the beach via the tram, and even quicker if you drive over and park with a Sea Colony parking pass. A VERY short walk to the kid-friendly pool and splash pad next to the fitness center. The owner was communicative any time I had a question, and I would recommend the same rental to friends!

Lovely place, inviting community, helpful owners

Beautiful place, large, clean, with a lake view, quiet, central location, good beds, rented post Labor Day so no crowds, perfect weather, close to beach. I couldn’t have been happier. Nice owners, very accommodating. VRBO directions for check in confusing, but worked it out with owners. Plan on going back if they’d have us 🤗

Bethany Beach September Stay

We had a wonderful 4 days at this property. This was the first time we rented on the Lakeside, and we were not disappointed. The unit was exactly as described, updated, and very neat and clean. Wonderful view from the deck/porch. Owner responded to questions quickly. We hope to return next year!

Excellent Property!

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Colony West. The condo was well kept, very clean and spacious. The location was great, only about a mile from the beach, but very walkable. Just a note, if you check in at the secondary security location you also have to go to the main check in location the next morning to get another parking pass and your badges. This wasn't an issue, just something we weren't expecting. The Bethany Beach area was very nice and away from all the hustle and bustle you find at Dewey and Rehoboth, but close enough that you can go there if you want to. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Very clean, spacious, updated, well located unit

This was our second time here and once again the property was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Spacious and well laid out for a larger group, it worked very well for us. Kids enjoyed the close proximity to the pools and splash pad. Owners are always very accessible and helpful for anything we need. This will remain top of our list for any trips to Bethany!

Lovely vacation

Very nice unit, fit 6 of us comfortably. With the tram stop about 50 feet from our door, we were able to easily reach everyplace we wanted to go. Highly recommended.

Fabulous locale

Sea Colony is beyond words for a wonderful family vaca. This property had a wrap around screen porch to enjoy the beautiful view. House has well stocked kitchen, games, summer reading, large open living room and four comfortable bedrooms. Take the tram to the private beach, walking/biking trails throughout the large community. High-end gym, tennis courts, pools galore, slash pad. We have been making memories at Sea Colony since our kids were small, now we are making new memories with the grandkids.

Feels like home only better

We love Sea colony. This was our second time staying here. There is something for everyone.Richard was very attentive to our needs and request. Their place is comfortable, clean and extremely relaxing. Tram is steps from the door. Gym is almost across the street but we are far away from all the chaos so we can also relax.

Nice 4 bedroom in great location

This unit is a nice lakeside property with a nice view of the water and close proximity to the Fitness and Aquatic Centers. Plenty of space for six people. We enjoyed the extra space with the 4th loft bedroom. Be aware that checkout time is earlier than most rentals/hotels. Owner did grant us a little extra time to vacate upon request.
