Across the Old Town ice skating rink, in the middle of Old Town, is 45 m2 apartment pedestrian street that gives you close access to the Town Hall Square (270m). It has a queen size bed (160cmx210cm) and parking space (subject to availability, 10 euros/night). Kitchen has all the necessary essentials and coffee, tea and sugar. Comfy living room is just perfect to watch TV or browse the web with complimentary WiFi. No elevator. Ask for a baby crib & chair or a long-term offer.

The space
Queen size bed (160cmx210cm), bed linen, towels and cleaning after your stay are there to make your stay comfortable. It is suitable for solo travellers and couples travelling to stay close by all the main attractions. Please kindly let us know before your arrival, if you need separate blankets, as this is possible upon request. The living room is great for browsing the web or watching TV.


Bathroom
In the bathroom you can find shampoo and shower gel in case you forgot to bring some with you. Blow dryer and towels are also at your disposal.

Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen has a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The closest supermarket is within 300 m walking distance next to Town Hall square. If you just wish to make a hot drink, then coffee, tea and sugar is already there for you!

Guest access
WiFi access across the rooms is included in the service. Secure luggage hold is 75m from the apartment. Laundry room possibility in 100m for free.

Other things to note
-A refundable security deposit of 100€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 24 hours after check-out if there are no damages.


Due to cleaning hours, check-in starts from 16:00, check-out is at 12:00. Should you arrive earlier than 16:00, you may leave your luggage to our secure and free luggage room in 75m distance. Just let us know your arrival time, so that we could notify you in case the apartment gets ready sooner for check-in. Parking is subject to availability upon previous request in a nearby closed courtyard for an extra fee.

Out of respect to the house rules, please note the following:

Unfortunately, no reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated.

Neighbors should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00.

Smoking and having pets in the apartment are not allowed. Social gatherings after day time are not allowed. If the house rules are violated, then we have the right to request that you must vacate the apartment immediately and are subject to a fine of 50 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying. Key information will be provided 5 days before your arrival. If keys are not returned, we have the right to fine you 40 euros per key set. Please note, if you wish, on the day of your arrival, to have separate blankets, linens and extra towels, we can arrange this for 15 euros. Kindly let us know.
