Holiday getaway

I stayed with family in this awesome house in Nashville. Everything was just as pictured. Plenty of bathrooms and space. We were even able to have a chef come cook for us in the awesome listen one night. The record player is a fantastic addition to the trip! The location has alot to offer without being in the chaos of broadway. I would definitely rent again

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my Bach and it was thee most perfect house for a fun girls weekend! With a group of nine girls, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is incredibly spaciousā€”plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably without ever feeling cramped. Each bedroom was super cute, with thoughtful decor details that made the space feel fun and stylish.One of the best parts was the locationā€”it was so close to everything! What a great getaway for R&R or a fun game on the nice sized oval table after a long day of listening to fantastic music entertainment. Also a Fabulous view and a good visiting place up on the outdoor patio on the roof. The property manager was very quick to respond When we were trying to get the code to work to get in the door. In no time at all, the call was returned and a new passcode given. Great communication! Well, highly recommend to any friends or family that are coming to Nashville.

Music City Bowl trip

The home was very clean and well maintained. Having 6 bathrooms was key to having our group feel like they were not on top of eachother. Being close to the stadium was nice and close to downtown. We went to Walmart to get groceries when we arrived. It was about 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is very eclectic. Very nice and new homes and construction to very run down within the same block. We enjoyed our stay. Thankful for free parking as well. We had 4 cars at one point and parking close to the property was not a problem.

Birthday celebration

We had a great time at this location spending quality time with family and friends from different states. "Technically" plenty of places within walking distance to eat and enjoy nightlife, but we perferred to take a car service to a central location and walk around from there. Really nice that each room had its own ac unit for no one had to fight about the temperature lol. And every bedroom having its one bathroom was much appreciated by all. The area is currently in the process of some new residential construction but we didn't have any problem with noise or traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to others, super cute and easy/convenient location to everything.

Nice place for big group

The house was very nice and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Decor was very trendy and perfect for the Nashville music vibe. There are a lot of stairs as there are 4 floors so could be a problem for some. The only negative about the house is the heating/cooling system. We went in December, which was cold, and each room has an individual wall unit. Apparently the units cannot individually be on different temps/modes. We ended up very hot most of the time with no way to alter our thermostat. We did call the property management company and they tried to help us over the phone. The second night wasn't as bad, but still not easy to control individual temps for each room.

Hello, my friends at I recently stayed at the listed address. The house itself and location was great, but the upkeep was very very poor. We had multiple issues such as fridge issues, broken light fixtures, broken stove, grill with not functioning starters, leaking toilet, and most importantly ROACHES. We had maintenance come everyday of our stay to help with these issues. Maintenance even stated that they had prior knowledge of the stove and grill issues in the house. Maintenance offered to bring a mini oven, which we declined because we already threw food out thinking weā€™d have properly functioning appliances as listed in the house description. If the grill and stove was already a known issue, why wasnā€™t the mini stove already at the residence upon our arrival?! Also to note the fact that there was roach spray underneath the cabinet makes me wonder if they knew about the roach issueā€¦.. Definitely looking to dispute our stay. Very displeased and disappointed. Be better.

Perfect Nashville Bachlorette Pad "Vinyl"

We came into Nashville for a LONG bachlorette weekend and we really were blown away by "Vinyl". The place was perfect for our party of 11 women and the design of the bedrooms and bathrooms fit us all quite comfortably. We did use the kitchen to cook quite a bit, and with it being fully stocked it made our culinary forays go very smoothly. The proprietors made sure there were enough towels and bathroom supplies ( towels, blow dryers, shampoo, soap) to last throughout our stay, and the location was PERFECT. It was about less then 10 minutes from our East Nashville location to downtown and Broadway in the midst of all of the action. Even around the Vinyl neighborhood there are tons of places to eat and drink which we did as well. The rooftop deck was very comfortable to just hang out at and even though we had neighbors in the accompanying townhouses, we barely heard them at all. There is even a shared back yard and grill to use as well! Our parking pad was large enough to fit our rental van, which was also a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again when coming to Nashville. It was an effortless and awesome experience which as it should be. Everyone loved the hip and funky vibe of Vinyl and the amount of spaces made it perfect for our large bachlorette group. Also, I have to say, I was impressed by the management, as my daughter had broken her foot before our trip (She's the bride) when informed the management, they let us have an early check in free of charge! A+

Fabulous Rental in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a large group of us on a mkm and daughter trip to enjoy Nashville. The property was perfect ā€” size, location, and # of bathrooms for all us women to get ready. The beds were super comfy and we much appreciated the units welcome to Nashville note accompanied with a bottle of wine (very nice touch). Mike from the property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. I would def recommend this property and look to stay here again with a large group.

Weekend in Nashville

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group had a wonderful weekend at this playlist property! The apartment is in an up and coming area where lots of rental type home are going up. It is about a 7 minute Uber ride to Broadway (45 minute walk) The decor is adorable and the beds are all very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and only a phone call away. Would definitely stay again

September 2022 Stay

This property is great for large groups with several beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. we had four couples, each with our own room and bathroom. the common areas were nice for hanging out as a group at times. reasonably close to Broadway, about a 10 minute Uber ride. My biggest complaints about this property is it is located next to what appear to be drug dealer house (lots of sketchy activity going on), the place could have been a lot cleaner, especially bathroom floors and under beds. Finally the place had a noticeable bad oder that was still on my clothes when I got home and had to wash everything. I suspect prior smokers possibly? East Nashville is an up and coming area with lots of improvements happening and this place is close to cute neighborhoods, just not the one it is in. the place worked for our stay, we did not have any issues with the neighborhood/drug houses (but dies feel riskier coming home at night) and we got used to the smell.
