A tropical oasis awaits you. Surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, overlooking Princeville’s famous mountains and waterfalls, this recently renovated condo is a wonderful place to stage your vacation on the most beautiful island in the world!

Not just outside, but inside too, it feels like glamping without sacrificing any modem convenience. Tropical plants, soothing colors, natural materials, with modern Hawaiiana decor will reset you on island time, in no time at all.
This condo sports a pool, hot tub, brand new barbecue and lovely grounds.
The most gorgeous beaches in the world are right down the hill and shopping and dining are 1/4 mile away. You also find golf, tennis, and spectacular hikes, all within walking distance. You'll also find the luxurious "One" Hotel and the Hanalei Bay resort immediately down the road for sunset cocktails or an amazing dinner. Princeville is convenient to all the very best that Hawaii has to offer.

A full kitchen is at your disposal for foodies. Here you'll find new appliances, a large gleaming island for dining and plenty of counter space.
There’s private lanai just off the living room with comfortable seating and bistro dining. From this lovely second floor view with no housing across the street you can watch the waterfalls, morning rainbows and sunset colors bouncing off the small lake in the golf course. On the lanai you'll also find body boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler all ready for your use.
The primary bedroom has central air conditioning and black out curtains enabling you to close off the world outside after a day in the tropical warmth. There is a large smart television, a comfortable king size bed and a work space as well.
The bathroom features a deep soaking tub and all of the amenities.

The unit is offered for rental when the owner is traveling and will have stocked kitchen for your use. Although the unit is along Princeville's resort road, any noise is negligible with AC, and blackout curtains.

Clean, peaceful, serene, amazing host! Nice having the option of AC. Close to the market and highway. Lovely decorated house and room, big shower and relaxing tub. Great having a washer and dryer, and fridge that had filtered water and ice, easy connecting to WiFi, large ceiling fan in bedroom. My VRBO was 5 stars all the way! Can't wait to come back and stay here again! My host Kimberlee exceeded any and all expectations! Mahalo!

We were fortunate to have booked a long stay in this 2nd floor streetside unit and it was wonderful!! It is well located within Sandpiper Village, a two-story walk-up condominium development situated on Ka Haku Road (Princeville’s Main Street). Offered as a one bedroom, the unit was perfect for two people – nicely decorated (very Hawaiian), well supplied (including beach toys) and extremely comfortable. It offered a wonderful view looking south across the 17th hole of the Makai Golf Course into the hills behind. We spent a lot of late afternoon and twilight time on the Lanai enjoying cocktails, TV on our personal I-pad and “tree filtered” sunsets on the side. The complex’s swimming pool and spa were also very nice and seldom crowded.Our host, Kimberlee, was very accommodating, always available and could not have been any nicer. She remained on site during our stay in her studio unit next door. (It is also available rent). When she was wasn’t out surfing, she was busy planting flowers along her walkway and building and repairing a cute “Tiki/Fairy Garden” at the base of her stairs. (What a hoot!) As a long- time Princeville/Kauai resident, Kimberlee knows the beaches and places to go to and things to do in this absolutely beautiful place. Her recommendations were greatly appreciated. Your review has me simply elated. I love picturing you sitting on the lanai, looking out over the golf course and enjoying a cocktail up in the trees;) I bet you saw a nene (our state, endangered bird) or two and it’s fun watching people walking along the path. Yes the pool is nice to walk down to and barbecue and I’m just so happy you were comfortable. I don’t usually get to stay on site but either way I love to keep my guests happy and yes, I am an avid gardner! Kimberlee was really great and very responsive! Definitely made our stay feel extra special. We were flying during the uncertainty of the government shutdown and although we weren’t impacted I reached out to ask about the options and she was really understanding and willing to do whatever possible if it needed to go that route. Luckily we didn’t.Aside from that the place was amazing and the kimberlee was just a message away with any answers for us. Overall great stay and very happy we chose this place!

Such a clean and cozy home! You can tell the hosts take great pride in it, and we were grateful they shared it with us. The AC in the room worked great, and even with the road nearby, we had no trouble sleeping. The location is excellent with a nice walk along the course and beautiful views of the mountains. The host was both communicative and friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful island decor in every space. Delightful host owner! She gave us wonderful tips about the island and even has a custom notebook binder with all of the wonderful things to see. My experience in this place felt like magic.

Great place, great host

Great Experience

Just stayed for almost a week in Kimberlee's place in central Princeville. It was great! We travel a ton, so feel we have pretty good context to compare and this was a top notch experience. Kimberlee was a great host! Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect getaway

Kimberlee made our stay unforgettable! From check in to check out, Kimberlee made sure that we had everything that we needed. Her home was perfect for a couples getaway. The amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Being right in Princeville made it walkable to beaches nearby, the shops in Princeville, and sunsets from the lookout. A short drive to all the activities the north shore has to offer. The balcony was perfect for morning and evening book reading while watching the golfers. If and when we come back, we’ll be coming back to Kimberlee’s piece of paradise!

Wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed at Kimberlee's rental home for about a week. We had a wonderful time! The location is very convenient to visit the state park and Hanalei Bay. Being from a cooler climate, the AC in the bedroom made it very comfortable to sleep at night. Kimberlee went above and beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable. She was very responsive when we asked questions. When I asked if a meat thermometer was available for grilling, she bought one and dropped it off the next day! We would gladly stay again.

We had a WONDERFUL stay!

My husband and I stayed several nights here for our honeymoon, and loved it. The location is beautiful (of course) and feels like a very nice neighborhood. The home was very cute and cozy and had everything we needed. Kimberlee was an awesome host! We are thankful to have found such a perfect spot for our honeymoon!

Great place to stay

Kimberlee was a great host and the house had everything my fiance and I needed for the week. She has snorkel equipment, boogie boards and a variety of beach items. Kimberlee was kind to be flexible on check-in and check out times. The pool and spa that are on-site were great. One thing to note is that if you are noise sensitive, the property is alongside the road. Overall it was a great experience and was centrally located to the beaches, very close to the walking path and golf course and is close to many things within Princeville.

I try to offer that whenever possible and the same for checkout time! Anything for the positive review like yours! We are working on the traffic noise by getting soundproof curtains and a sound machine although with the AC on and the windows closed most folks don’t seem to be bothered by it. The walking path is definitely a lovely way to get to princeville markets and to the beach. Yes, the central location to the most lovely beaches in the world is a plus! A Slice of Paradise in Hanalei

Staying at Kim's home in Hanalei was an absolute dream.. The setting is nothing short of breathtaking—lush greenery, stunning mountain views, and the calming sounds of nature all around. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and truly relax.The home itself is beautifully maintained with thoughtful amenities that made our stay so comfortable. From a well-stocked kitchen to relaxing outdoor spaces, everything was just right. The bed deserves a special mention—it was unbelievably soft and cozy, and we slept better than we have in ages.This home is a true gem, and we feel so lucky to have experienced it. We would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone looking for tranquility, comfort, and beauty in Hanalei. We already can't wait to return!

Such a lovely self catering apartment with beautiful views and fresh open plan layout. Has everything you'll ever need and the best host ever! I'll be returning soon and would more than recommend Kimberlee as your first choice!

Nice and breezy

We came home for a family wedding on the east side, but stayed here in pville. It was so nice to come back to this little paradise because its so cool and breezy compared to wedding was. One of the most beautiful units. Nicely updated.

Perfect Location for a Kauai Visit!

Kimberlee's property is delightful! Waking up each day with coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background was the perfect start to the day. A short drive to Hanalei Bay and walks to great beaches for snorkeling. Kimberlee provides beach towels and snorkeling gear - a much appreciated extra! Never had a problem finding a convenient parking space in the complex. Everything about our stay was comfortable and convenient - this is a great value! Thanks Kimberlee!

I have lived on Kauai for 40 years and the beauty of my time here has never felt like 'just another day'. I retired from a wonderful 30 year teaching career at Kapa'a High in 2020. This was the same year I went from a 20 year tenant to owning my beautiful Kauai condo. I now supplement my pension by hosting visitors, and have found a second 'job' that I truly enjoy.
With my free time I do lots of travel and adventuring, gardening and family time. My passion is surfing, a sport I enjoy nearly every day.
