We had a great stay! Location of this place was great for what we had planned for our staycation. The condo is super clean bed was comfortable and the air was cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Princeville is beautiful and close to Hanalei. Between the two there is much to do. Beaches were great. The site itself was peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for the great Vaca!

Stay in Princeville

Spacious, great kitchen, great bedrooms, great pool, great location for the north side of the island. Would stay here again.

This place was very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, walking distance to restaurants, and comfy beds. Plenty of towels, pillows, beach stuff, pool stuff, etc. There was anything you might need. During 4 of the 5 nights during our stay the above guests were so loud and although it's not the host's fault it was not relaxing to be woken up at 5:30am while on vacation or hearing constant noise above. The host did contact the guests, but it was continuous and didn't stop unless they were out.

Perfect location for north shore stay

This property was perfect for our needs. While we spent most of our time out and about, the condo had everything we needed to feel at home. It was also clean and comfortable. Loved the pool area!

The place was nice. We never used the amenities due to site seeing. Our only complaint is if anyone is renting the upstairs you will hear every footstep and be woke up very early everyday. There was a 4 year old above us and you knew it.

Nice and Roomy condo with a lush garden

We, as a family of three, had a great time there. The property is not too far into Princeville, which means less driving. Anini Beach is within walking distance.

Nice Place

Very nice condo in beautiful area. Drawbacks: parking is VERY limited and if you are sensitive to noise probably not a good pick. You can hear every step they take upstairs.

Great rental and well stocked

Awesome rental with good AC able to keep the whole unit nice and cool. Very well stocked kitchen and all the supplies for the beach. Lots of towels and having the washer dryer is great. The pool area is nice and the location is perfect. Would stay in this unit again if returned to the area.

This place is located in a great location. The place looks exact to the posting. The one thing that did bother us was the communication with the host. It was someone different each time and when the electric key pad for entry battery died we had to wait outside for an hour at night before they assisted. They even asked us to change the battery for them which to me was extremely odd. Besides that the place was great.

We provide an after-hours emergency number to all of our guests for situations like these, and we encourage our guests to have it on hand as they check in, just to be safe. While it may be atypical to be asked to change the batteries yourself, this typically only takes about 60 seconds, and can be completed at your leisure instead of waiting for a member of our maintenance personnel to arrive. Regardless, we would have been happy to send a member of our team to assist you if you were uncomfortable replacing the batteries yourself! Perfect!

Loved everything about this property. Condo was close to pool. Just as large as the pictures show. Beautiful, lush landscaping. Will for sure be back!

Great place but audible upstairs neighbors

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The only downside was that every step of the residents upstairs was audible.

Perfect place in Princeville

We enjoyed the property. Air worked great. Lanai was very peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only negitive was you could hear every footstep the guest made in the unit above. We will stay here again on our next trip here.

Kitchen set-up was good -- lots of essentials. One very dirty bowl in the cupboard.The pool has only one BBQ -- and it needed cleaning. Otherwise, a nice pool.

Comfortable and Clean

The property location was perfect. Short 15 minute walk to the small shopping center, short drive to beaches on north side. Easy communication with management. Chickens are part of landscape and fun to watch.

Specious and Beautiful

The condo was very clean and super well stocked. I enjoyed the neighborhood and our proximity to all the places I had planned to take our small kids to. There were some minor issues with the tv and fans, nothing major and the AC throughout was so great!
