This 200 year old totally updated Wi-Fi enabled farmhouse offers you a 3000 sq.ft of living space with 6 cozy Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is good to host 16 guests . Rise up in the morning with gorgeous pond views and calls of the birds or sit back and relax on the two level 1000 sq.ft of deck space with the soothing babble of water fall, this house will bring you closer to your inner Ch'i.

For the chefs among the hosts, you have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dedicated coffee and wine bar and a propane fired outdoor grill. There is a large living room and family room with two large Wi-fi enabled TV’s in each room which gives everyone a chance to spread out. The family room comes with a large dining area which ample seating for 16 guests. After all the outdoor action if you feel lazy to cook, you can also visit, or order take outs from variety of Port Jervis / Matamoras restaurants.

Read a book or listen to music or soak yourself in a 41 ft x 21 ft over the ground outdoor pool overlooking the pond. Try kayaking or sharpen your fishing skills in the private pond, you may get lucky and may hook some trout or bass. Professional swimmers can even take a plunge into the natural mountain water of the pond for a refreshing swim.
