Experience a rejuvenating escape at our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo, nestled on the serene second floor with stunning views of a private 150-acre spring-fed lake in picturesque Sussex County. Relax in our glass-surround seating area, where you can cozy up with a good book and your favorite beverage while taking in the breathtaking lake views.

Enjoy year-round golfing at Highpoint Country Club, and explore the charming town of Milford, PA—just minutes across the Delaware River. Milford is brimming with activities throughout the year. In October, don't miss the Black Bear Film Festival, a delightful event that brings the community together. Wander through streets lined with antique shops, art galleries, and beautiful gingerbread Victorian buildings. Experience history at the Tom Quick Inn, featuring an original preserved speakeasy, or savor a meal on the wrap-around porch of the historic Hotel Fauchere, a favorite of Abraham Lincoln. Be sure to catch a film or play at the Milford Theatre.

We chose this rental based on its proximity to Milford PA and High Point State Park in NJ. We have absolutely zero complaints about anything. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated and furnished with quality items, it had an amazing view of the lake, appliances were excellent, and communication and responsiveness by Stephanie and Michael were first rate. We slept well, we dined both locally and in Milford, and we did some excellent hiking at High Point. We would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely perfect!

This place was perfect. So much attention to detail down to makeup wipes in the bathroom. Too many other niceties to list and very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

A much needed romantic getaway

Stephanie was such an amazing host. We arrived in the pouring rain and met us at the door to check us in, give us the tour, and assure us the rain will be passing and the weekend would be beautiful. She wasn't wrong. There are many sights to see nearby or simply enjoy the beautiful lake that is right out back. The view was amazing, the condo was beautiful and clean, and the hosts were very hospitable. The only downside...we didn't want to leave. We hope to visit again.

Lake Family Vacation 2024

Beautiful condo and lake! The restaurant is outdated but the food and service were excellent! The pool is lovely, just ask the lifeguards to clean out the floating bugs! Overall an A rating for the condo, lake and pool!

Ideal

I spent July and August in Stephanie and Michael's huge, comfortable, light second floor apartment full of windows overlooking a lovely lake. It was so quiet and so airy I was able to work on my book every morning, have great burgers at the clubhouse and swim every afternoon. Ideal!

Perfect minimoon

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property ❤️ Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing; it gave us time to sit and relax. Beautiful Lakefront Home

As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt relaxed. Beautiful condo with high-end upgrades and a spectacular view. Clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Mike and Stephanie were great hosts, they were quick to respond to questions, and they made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Wonderful Weekend !

My partner and I planned a weekend getaway and I must say we were very happy with choosing this property. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Upon arrival we were greeted with some complimentary delicious cookies and simple instructions. Beautiful scenery, beautiful condo, and everything was so neat and clean. The views were amazing, the peace and quiet was so relaxing. They provided us with information for nearby activities. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return.

Amazing getaway

What a beautiful condo! The lake view was absolutely gorgeous. The condo was immaculate with top notch appliances/ furniture. The are was so quiet and serene and only 10 minutes from Milford, PA to grab a bite to eat. Would highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely perfect

My husband and I booked this property for a quick getaway weekend. . Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the towels fluffy. There's a well stocked kitchen if you want to bring your own things to make meals, we opted to visit many of the local restaurants, all of which were excellent. There are kayaks on the property so we took advantage of kayaking around the lake, even with the surrounding golf course, everything was quiet and serene. Neighbors were all very quiet and respectful. Stephanie and Michael were available for any questions we had.

Relaxing mini vacation

This is exactly what my wife and I needed. The property is exactly as marketed. It's a beautiful and clean two bedroom condo on the lake with big windows that bring in sunlight and lake views all day. There is private access to chairs by the lake to sit out on the dock or go kayaking, which I did, and it was serene. I know fishing and golfing are options as well although we didn't partake in that. The local town of Milford is cute and quaint with good food, cute shops, and the charm of what you would expect from small town USA. The hosts are super nice and the few times we did see them, they continued to ask us if we needed anything but we really didn't. They thought of everything. Everything from fresh towels to a full kitchen setup to a map of the local town. Everything you need is there. I highly recommend this property for an escape. You can hike at a nearby park, which we did and it was beautiful. You can fish, golf, kayak, swim in the clubhouse pool, or just relax by the lake and read. If you have questions, ask the hosts in advance. They were very responsive and accommodated our request for late check in and check out. Book this property without worry or hesitation.

Center of hiking

The property was very comfortable and well appointed. We stayed there because of its location to the appalachian trail. It’s part of a golfing club community putting the greens right outside the door. Unfortunately we are niot golfers. But for those who are this would be a great place to stay for the golfing alone. Hosts were great and very responsive in a timely way as well.

Holiday Lake was a little known location at the far corner of NJ. Michael had an opportunity to purchase a vacation condo overlooking this beautiful lake and we took it! We knew many would love what we saw and decided to share that with others through hosting one of the 3 units we now own.
We are on-site hosts and enjoy meeting the many who visit and get their feedback and insight. It's just fun.

Sitting on The Delaware River and recreation area, Highpoint State Park and Stokes State forest is a hikers dream. Nearby Milford, PA and Warwick, NY offer up many events and restaurants. Let's face it, it's about the lake!

Our Unit is fully renovated to provide for modern conveniences. Access to a well-manicured common-area back yard (only shared by 3 other owners) with lake access to swim or kayak and easy access to hiking, restaurants and area events, who could ask for more!
