Apartment of about 28 m2 with a sea view from the living room, in the "Océanic" residence in Saint Georges de Didonne. The property is located on the 4th floor with elevator. <br>You will be accommodated in a peaceful environment where you can stay pleasantly with 2 people. Possibility to have a child sleep on the bench in the living room.<br><br><br>As soon as you enter, a small corridor leads:<br>- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed (2 people), wall cupboard, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.<br>- a bathroom (shower cubicle), sink with storage unit, washing machine and integrated toilet.<br><br>You then enter the living room where you will find a kitchen area, equipped with a hob (induction with 3 burners) with extractor, an oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a kettle, a "Senseo" coffee maker and a toaster.<br>You will have your meals on a table with a chair and you can relax with the subdued light and different colors on a double sofa in front of the television, all this with a beautiful sea view <br><br><br>You do not have an internet network.<br><br><br>To park your vehicle, a free private parking lot (without an allocated space) is available at the bottom of the building as well as a bicycle rack.<br><br><br>Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.<br>Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request with supplement. Duvets and pillows are available.<br>The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.<br>All around the apartment, (free) parking spaces are available to users.<br>Attention blue zone system during the summer from June 1st to September 30th in downtown Royan.<br><br>---- ATTENTION, any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. From 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ extra to be paid on site.
