The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is in its "original state" very functional with today's comforts, a large balcony and a beautiful sea view.
You will benefit from a well-equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster).
A large living room with television, a dining area where you can eat while contemplating the sea.
The first bedroom (140 cm bed) adjoins the living room and benefits from a beautiful sea view.
A large hallway will lead you to the bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet is located right next to it.
In this same corridor, large cupboards are at your disposal to store your belongings. Next is a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a BZ for 2 people.
Duvets and pillows are at your disposal, linen is not included in the price but can be provided at your request and at an extra charge.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Pets are not allowed.
A bicycle room is at your disposal as well as a parking space.
Finally, the swimming pool reserved for the residents of the Residence will be at your disposal during your stay.
