This fully furnished and equipped apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a well-kept house surrounded by a wonderful large garden with a pond and goldfish in the nature reserve of Starnberg near Lake Starnberg.
The apartment has a large living room with dining area (table and 4 chairs), a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a TV and a french bed. Balcony.
The bathroom includes a shower and a whirlpool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday necessities. Devices such as stoves, dishwashers, etc. can be found on site.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.

The price for the apartment is for 2 people / night.

Pets can be brought by arrangement, but there is an extra charge per night.

A flat rate of € 15 per night is charged for a dog.

The price for children / night is as follows:
0-4 years = 15 €
5-12 years = 20 €
13-17 years = 25 €

It was a very nice apartment, clean and well stocked with everything one would need.

Almost all the instructions were in German...very little in English which made it very difficult. Also, the WiFi, the TV and the clothes dryer did not work. The property manager tried to correct things but was unable to. Also, you really should have a car here or else you'll be walking a lot.I did think it was to expensive for having so many things that weren't working.

Dear Lee, I'm sorry you had some trouble with the apartment. Unfortunately I was away when you were living with me and so it was hard to fix the problems. Regarding the Internet: There was a restructuring with the Internet and my ISP did not have access. It was switched to a new, faster Internet. But this caused the problems. But I couldn't help it. The mistake was with the Internet provider. Of course I am sorry that this was a burden for you. The equipment in the house with washing machine was functional. In addition one hangs the laundry with us in the country on the laundry rack in the free one. A dryer is used in winter with ice and snow or when washing bed linen. Unfortunately you didn't mention that I had my daughter travel to you several times. Her boyfriend also tried to help you with the internet and TV. We all didn't know that the internet provider had made an error. I repeat, of course it was not ideal because I was not there myself. But nevertheless everyone tried, including me, with my many telephone calls, that both of you are very well and that you feel well in the house. I even allowed you to move into the apartment on the 1st floor. There you couldn't use the bathtub, then you moved down again. I have thought a lot about you and have tried to prepare you the Aufentahlt as beautiful and pleasant as it was only possible. English is a colloquial language in Germany and not the mother tongue. I have wished that you make nice trips, that you ride with the bike and the S-Bahn (the S-Bahn runs here every 20 minutes). It would have been nice if you had had more fun, but I don't think I could have given it to you. Regarding the location, I have to say that the accommodation is in the nature reserve and that one does not live in the middle of the city. Thus it is clear that a car is an advantage. You can also take a look at it on Google Maps. I also offered you to use the bikes and the S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes. I'm sorry if there were some problems. I hope you had a nice holiday anyway.

Environment is splendid, the owner is very hospital. We would like to be back.
