Picturesque, waterfront 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms located on beautiful Frontier Canal in Cape Coral. Extra large, heated sparkling pool w/ jacuzzi overlooking the water. Southern exposure means great pool sunshine all day! This functional home is enveloped in light and comfort. The house comes complete with two living rooms both equipped with televisions, a welcoming kitchen and separate dining area, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a laundry room. All four bedrooms have televisions. Exquisite bamboo wood flooring throughout. Enjoy the waterfront deck, perfect for fishing, small boats or relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with all of the the amenities. Well manicured yard and impeccably maintained.

Bicycles available on site. Beach accessories, including chairs, an umbrella and don't forgot the cooler on site. Grab a fishing pole and head out to the backyard to fish from the freshwater canal.

This home retains the value of peaceful living while being conveniently close to shops, restaurants, parks, highways and transport.

There is a grill with plenty of outdoor dining space and lounge chairs surrounding the pool area.

Traveling with kids? We have you covered. You will find a high chair, pack and play, kids games and a stroller to make your stay easier without packing the extra items. There is also a pool safety fence. There is no additional charge for 88 degree pool heat or electricity.

Cape Coral is a wonderful area with many things to do, not far from the home.

We have a professional company we hire to do all of the cleaning and maintenance. They will be following all of the CDC sanitation guidelines. There will only be towels and linens supplied for the number of guests listed on the reservation. All extra pillows, linens, couch pillows, spices, etc will be removed.

There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, antibacterial cleaning spray, paper towel and laundry detergent - guests will be responsible for additional supplies as needed.

This property is zoned single family residential and is not offered for rented for less than 7 days per the City of Cape Coral Code Ordinance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The spa and pool were clean and accommodated our group quite well. Our location was convenient to Publix and BJs. Our only suggestion would be the addition of grab bars in the bathrooms for older guests like us and more towel holders in the master bathroom. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean. The check in and out was super easy. We had a little issue but the property manager Brian did his best to fix it. When he could not Melanie was on it. She even offered us another rental. It wasn't that big of a deal. We chose to stay where we were. We loved the house. They had it fixed as soon as they could. It wasn't anything that was a deal breaker by any means. It was just the hot tub not heating up. I would definitely stay there again. If you haven't stayed there you are missing out.

The house was very clean. The accommodations were great. We were gone quite a bit so didnā€™t get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. The location was perfect for us, and made a great home base.

Immaculate, private paradise!

We had an exceptional stay here. We got very lucky with absolutely perfect weather, but even if it rained everyday, the place would have been wonderful. The house is immaculately maintained. The lanai, pool and hot tub were luxurious and we would have been happy to stay there, with a view of the canal and the sound of rustling palm trees, for the entire week. We did venture out a flew times. It was a little over an hour drive to Manasota Key, which was beautiful. I think Sanibel Island would have been a little closer. Thereā€™s also a small river beach at the Yacht Club (about 30 mins from the place) but unfortunately the fishing pier was destroyed. My husband did some fishing from the dock ant the house and caught a small bass, and got a gar down the block. We found a bike path just west of the house and rode that for about 4 miles. We had a nice riverfront lunch at Monarcaā€™s (approx 30 minute drive from the place). There is not a ton to do in the immediate vicinity, but honestly you donā€™t need to leave the house!!

Spring Training!

The house was awesome. Pool and spa was a hit with the kids! Close to everything! Only one minor detail house across the canal )not directly across but to the right) played loud music all night for two nights in a row. Luckily the house was pretty sound proof but kids still bothered by it! But donā€™t let that stop you from staying. The house is awesome as my grandkids put it! Thank you!!

Very nice property and very well kept

Very nice property and very well kept and clean. The house was bigger than expected, pool area was just right, and Melanie was quick to respond to any questions I had. She even had everything we needed for the beach in the garage (beach cart, chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, pool toys, adult and childrenā€™s bikes). I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Wonderful House!

This house was amazing for our family! We have 3 little kids and the house was great for our family! The pool and hot tub were great- the kids absolutely loved it. The house had both pool toys and beach toys that we could use during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The house is even better than the pictures shown! The host was very prompt with responding to our messages and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this house for families, especially with little kids. Thank you for making our trip to Florida amazing!

Very Disappointed

Let me begin by saying I have never given a negative review in my life. I have used VRBO for years and have always told others with VRBO I get exactly what I paid for. Unfortunately in this case I did not get what I paid for. The house itself is very nice. The property management was responsive to our needs. The problem is that the house is furnished with very cheap furniture and supplies are sparse. I had to go out and buy basic things like cooking implements and dish towels and wash cloths. The furniture from sofas to especially the beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. We had a 30 day stay and found the experience very frustrating. As I said I feel like I DID NOT get what I paid for Again I am a long term VRBO customer and have never before given a negative review. The only saving grace to this house is the pool I do have to say the pool temperature was perfect our entire stay. Thank you for the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction

We enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the pool and whirlpool! Very relaxing environment. The only thing I would suggest is having mirrors in a couple bedrooms near outlets, so some can get ready while others are in the bathroom. Especially if there's a large group staying there. Even though there's 2 bathrooms. One being in the Master bedroom, if the bedroom is occupied, you've got 3 other bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

Beautiful Property!

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location on the canal is really pretty- it was very quiet, and the view is serene and calming - the patio by the canal was my favorite part of the property, although the lounge chairs are cracked and worn and could use replacement. The hot tub takes quite a while to heat up and never got really hot, and the heated pool was on the cooler side, but that might be a plus depending on a personā€™s preference. We all enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice homes with spacious rooms

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean inside and outside. Well kept. The pool area was very nice and lots of room under the covered patio space. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided. Kitchen had almost all the necessities you would need. Instructions on counter were a plus. Loved seeing the wildlife outside. Some bunnies roamed free and we had a burrowing owl sit on the front window above the doorway all day! The only thing that I didnā€™t care for was the numerous 4 way stops throughout the neighborhood to get to the home. Traffic is terrible in and around Cape Coral trying to get to Ft Myers Beach, but that is pretty much everywhere in our state :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Nice house!

The house overall was good, clean. Love the pool area. Internet connection was very slow. Something not too welcoming was the signs everywhere, indicating the rules about the use and the penalties for everything, even for the kitchen mugs. Too many restrictions.

Six week stay

We enjoyed this property very much. We have stayed in Cape Coral three other times and this home really hit all the boxes. The house was super clean. The pool and hot tub were great-the temps were perfect and the pool was a nice size. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. The couches were comfy. Melanie was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.
