Once inside, you will find very spacious light-filled rooms with 14 ft. soaring ceilings and panoramic views of water from almost every room. This is truly a dream home, elegantly appointed and comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for a lovely, peaceful vacation!

There are three (3) spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite features a king bed, dresser, TV and the master bath is oversized with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms, located at the opposite end of the house, have a queen bed in one and two twin-beds in the other, which can be combined into a king bed if desired. The living room pullout sleeper sofa can accommodate a couple of kids or occasional guest.

This house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all by have a second living room outside of the master. Don't miss out on spending your vacation in this very rare tropical luxury!

Beautiful home and view

What a wonderful house for our vacation stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay over Christmas in this wonderful house. This house is in a perfect location with boat rentals a short drive away. House was very clean and well kept. Yilin was very helpful and made herself available for an questions that we may have had. My husband and I have traveled to the Cape Coral area for the last 6 years and this house, by far, was our favorite.

Sailing and sunsets

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 weeks. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. My brother-in-law was able to tie up his sailboat at the dock with excellent access to the Caloosahatchee River. Yilin (owner) was so pleasant and easy to work with. Quick to respond to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this property

Awesome view on the Canal

The property lived up to its description. The view of the sunset on the canal was different every night and made for an awesome view every time. The house is beautiful. House was within short distances to store and restaurants. My sons enjoyed kayaking on the river and riding the bikes. The house was well stocked and equipped. Owner was easy to contact and very enjoyable to work with. Would definetly rent again. George B.

A spacious. well equipped home in a lovely neighborhood.

This is a well equipped, comfy and beautiful home that is on a canal. The view is stunning and has gorgeous sunsets. We loved sitting sitting in the lania in the early am enjoying our coffee and spent most of the day there. If it was cooler or cloudy we sat in the family room with all of the beautiful glass windows. Loved it here and will definitely be back one day. Liked this area of Florida which we had never visited before. Pretty place with all the canals and river. Not far from the beaches either. Neighbors were friendly too. Nice quiet area. You won't be disappointed.

Non-Luxury with tons of potential.

The location was ideal and the nice images on the VRBO site enticed us to rent this property for one week in March of 2022. Upon arrival, we did what everyone does, unpack and settle in. Everyone is excited to be on vacation, get in the pool or look at the view from the canal. However, to say it quite simply, this property in general is not maintained as the pictures portrayed. Some of the most important things for future renters would be: Cleanliness: The sheets were stained and appeared dirty, along with a mattress that compresses to nearly nothing. Food left in the refrigerator from someone prior. Carpets with stains under the dining room rug, also dirty along the perimeter. The grill on the lanai was corroded and unusable. Dust on the table and other areas where you could write your name. Trash cans were already full. Safety and health: The pool had something green growing on the bottom of it. The lock on the door handles to the lanai and pool were not operational. There was an old, taped note posted stating not to use this lock and to only use the deadbolt. The sliding glass doors to the lanai are not in working order. If needed to be used for an emergency escape, you would not be able to use them. The refrigerator vegetable bin has a large crack, with a separation large enough for any person to get their finger caught and cut. The dishwasher rack is rusted in multiple places and completely rusted through in spots. The floor length window in one of the bedrooms has no privacy shade, along with a broken pane. There are no ground fault outlets at the sinks. In conclusion, we only stayed one night out of the seven booked because of the issues listed above, with the sheets and the mattress being the final bed of straw. We have rented multiple places through VRBO over the years and have never previously had any issues. Please be careful when looking at submitted pictures, as they are not necessarily updated and they can be deceiving.

Million dollar view, great neighborhood in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. The house is in an ideal location. Very friendly neighborhood, lots of people out taking walks. It's a short drive to everything in Cape Coral and not bad at all to drive to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel for a day trip. We used the pool all week, took out the bikes and the kayaks. There are some great restaurants nearby: Fins, Azucar if you like Cuban, Point 57, Cape Creamery for Ice Cream, Iguana Mia for Mexican downtown, Stuff a Bagel. We ate out more than we cooked at the house. The host was one of the more responsive I've had on VRBO. Very prompt with responses and requests. We would go back.

Fabulous stay!

My wife and I were both delighted with our rental! We met Yilin and her husband on our arrival and they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had to contact Yilin a couple of times during our stay (nothing really problematic) and she was very prompt in her reply. The house was immaculate, we had everything we needed for our stay as the kitchen was very well equipped. The house was immaculate and well furnished. We spent a lot of time at the pool and in the living room just soaking in the spectacular view of the canals and sunsets. We use VRBO regularly and found this home to be probably the nicest all-around rentals we have had. We were in an area that had everything as well as access to major roads for travel. Fantastic rental and wonderful owners!

Family reunion

The size and layout of this home worked very well for my family and mother in law. The outdoor spaces were great, and it was relaxing watching the views from the pool area. We enjoyed a quick kayak down a few of the channels. The only problem we had is that the oven would not hold it's temperature when we were cooking out roast.

Clean and Beautiful

Yilin was a very attentive host. She always replied promptly and checked in on us during our stay. Contactless check-in was a breeze. The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is ideal for anyone who likes to fish. Our boys brought their own rods and fished right off of the dock every day. (They caught a lot of catfish and some snapper.) The kitchen is stocked with the basics needed to prepare meals. There are also two bicycles, two kayaks, pool floats, a grill, and two functioning fishing rods that guests can use. We would definitely rent this home again. We had a great stay. No complaints here!

Beautiful home! Breathtaking views! Loved it!!!!

We just came home from a week stay at this property and we LOVED every minute! The home is very spacious, the furniture very comfortable and the home is stocked with everything you could need. It has a large Lanai with a wonderful heated pool and a 1/2 bath which was very convenient. Beautiful views of canal from every window. The sunsets here are amazing every night! The homeowner provided plenty of information but was just a phone call away if you have any questions. Very helpful and wonderful to deal with. Thanks Yilin!!! We truly had a wonderful time and can't wait to do it again! Cape Coral is lovely and Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island & Captiva are just a short drive away. We fished, swam & relaxed by the pool, kayaked and biked around the neighborhood and even took a day trip to Key West! I only wish our stay could have been longer! Beautiful Home!

We were completely satisfied with our stay in this beautiful Cape Coral home. Everything needed was available and all the furniture was comfortable and in great condition. The view from the lanai was lovely and very peaceful. We spent most of our time in the pool and enjoying the view. The location was also perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping. The owner was also very responsive and it was super easy to access upon arrival. We felt as if we were in our own home instead of a hotel or resort and had a great experience in this home.

Would definitely stay again!

The owners and property manager were very easy to work with and available as needed. Any concerns I had they addressed immediately. The property in whole is beautiful, the view is priceless and the house is spacious. One thing that was a concern for me was that there were not televisions in the two guest bedrooms (I missed this when booking) but we were able to manage fine without them and I am very glad I chose to stay here.

Wir waren super zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat in dem Ferienhaus an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe sucht und enspannen möchte. Unsere Reisezeit (Juni/Juli) ist dafür bestens geeignet gewesen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder, dann aber im Winter, wenn die Temperaturen besser geeignet sind, "Sightseeing" in Florida zu machen. Our stay here was fabulous! The property was beautiful and spacious.

We loved staying at this property. We had plenty of room to spread out plus the privacy we would not have had in a hotel. Beautiful and spacious house. Very clean and well stocked.

This property is amazing! The heated pool is terrific especially for the cooler spring break evenings. The house is spacious and there is plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenagers. The views of the canal and sunset are breathtaking. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. The property is well maintained. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with little noise. It is also close to grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. The Ft Myers beach is a short drive away. We would love to stay here again!!

We are two retired physicians who used to enjoy vacationing in SW Florida for many years while we worked in upstate New York. We loved the sun, the water, the colorful plants and all the out door activities this area had to offer. When we were planning for out retirement, it was clear where we wanted to be. We had seen many homes in this area before we found this one, we both knew this would be our ideal retirement home the moment we set our foot in the door. We used this home for our own vacations and rented it out for others to enjoy when we weren't here. We had bought another house in cape coral since before we retired two years ago and now we are blessed with two beautiful homes. We enjoyed meeting with lovely people over the years and we decided to keep this one as a vacation rental. We sincerely hope you will also be able to enjoy this home as much as we did.

Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals with majority of it being 80 ft. wide. It could take up to 40 minutes to get out to the open water. This luxury home, site at the intersection of two 200-ft. canals, with expensive western exposure and gorgeous sunsets every evening! This home is only one turn to the open river (less than three minutes), is located in one of the best neighborhood in Cape Coral and is close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions. This home offers everything we enjoy, and hopefully you too!
