Location location location, this nd floor unit is a 5 minute walk to West Dearborn Street and Olde Englewood Village and a 7 minute drive to Manasota Key. Englewood may be considered a small area, but has many things to offer, such as nearby shopping, restaurants, water activities, wine tasting, golfing, and regular events just steps away to Dearborn Street.

This ground floor apartment sits adjacent to the owner’s custom cabinetry business that is open Monday through Friday regular business hours. With its own private entrance with keyless entry pad, renters can come and go as they please. Unit is accessed through a separate private door. No cabinets are manufactured at this location, sales office showroom only. We do rent another 2 bedroom unit upstairs, so you may hear occasional apartment style living.

Unit is equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach, coolers, beach towels, beach umbrella and folding chairs. We also have bicycles available upon request to take a stroll down to Olde Englewood Village.

Bedroom one has a queen bed and television, bedroom two also has a queen bed with television. Both queen mattress are 10” memory foam.

The kitchen has custom cabinetry and quartz counter tops and is fully equipped with lots of small appliances and utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Living room has a 42” smart TV. Full bathroom and stacked washer and dryer for laundry.
