This property is tucked away in a quiet little subdivision on the west side of Athens. It's close to lots of shopping, restaurants, entertainment and just a few miles to the downtown Athens scene as well as the UGA Campus and Stadium. This home features TONS of outdoor living as well as a cozy interior atmosphere.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a party house. We offer a comfortable, spacious home with lots of outdoor entertainment area.

We stay in Athens often and we really enjoyed this neighborhood - it feels like you are bit out in the country although close to town (and closer to Cafe Racer, which is just the best). There is a good amount of interconnected streets for walking/running, and there were a ton of deer in the mornings throughout the neighborhood (at least in the Fall). We liked the amount of bedrooms, the comfortable living room, and the great outdoor space (including the enclosed patio). It was a great stay.

Host communication was excellent. We loved the location as we were spending most of our stay at/near UGA (roughly 15 min away). Lovely, mature subdivision just outside the hustle and bustle. Grocery and restaurants nearby. We loved seeing the deer each night when we got back. Beautiful outdoor space!

Peaceful and quiet!!

Peaceful community with mature trees and plenty of privacy, especially the back yard!! We enjoyed the home and really enjoyed the Firepit in the back yard.

Amazing stay!

Amazing location, and an absolutely phenomenal home! We felt right at home, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will absolutely be staying at this home again next time we take a vacation in Athens!

Nice athens getaway

The property overall was a great place, with games, grill, patio, porch, etc.. we really enjoyed the company of the dear every morning and evening, between 10 and 20 each day.

Excellent house for a crowd

We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for a large family ranging in age from 19 to 87. We were there for graduation and it was perfect. We loved the outdoor space. The beds are super comfy and it was spotless. We would love to stay again!!

Mini Family Reunion

The property was great for our needs. There were 3 couples and 3 small children and we were all very comfortable. We appreciated that the door on the porch going to the deck locked and we were able to let the kids play on the porch. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived later than we thought we would and it was dark, but had no problems getting in. Close to grocery stores and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

House Divided: UGA vs. AUBURN

Great football weekend with my family. The house is perfect for large gatherings . It is very well stocked with basic needs in the kitchen & bathrooms. The hosts were easy to work with and kept me informed. Definitely would recommend this house!

This place is the perfect stay for a trip to Athens! Very close proximity to stores, restaurants, and downtown while still having a tranquil, peaceful environment. One morning, we saw a family of deer! Highly recommend this place for family, business trips, and more! The hosts are wonderful with communication, and they go the extra mile in making sure you know the highlights of the area with a welcome booklet in the house! Will definitely stay again!

Family Time for Memorial Service

This was a fantastic home where family could gather to celebrate the life of our mother, grandmother, cousin, and friend. Perfect area to gather outside and enjoy the scenery and each other. The hosts left a beautiful bouquet of flowers for us and graciously allowed me to checkout later when I lost my keys prior to checkout.

Would start again!!!

We had an absolutely glorious time staying in Athens. We were there to celebrate my son‘s wedding and had family in town and were happy we could gather all together. I wish I could give this 10 stars but five are all that are allowed. There was everything we needed in the house and the yard was amazing. Every day there were at least six deer out wandering the yard. We use the chairs around the fire pit to relax for a family dinner, and there was ample beds and relaxing space for all of us. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is a magical space.

Lovely family house in a quiet neighborhood

We booked this home for our trip to athens to visit family. The location was perfect for us because we were looking for something near the west end of town close to our family. The house had all supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The layout is great, the master is on one end and the other bedrooms on the other end of the house. The porch is amazing. We loved the outdoor space, it had tons of seating and a fire pit. A family of deer visited each morning and evening. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Family house in Athens

The house was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family, 5 bedrooms and plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was good size and was completely stocked and we cooked several meals at the house. We really enjoyed watching the deer on n the backyard every morning. There was plenty of outdoor seating. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend if you have a large group and visiting Athens.
