- It is a narrow space on both sides of the Queen sized bed in the loft bedroom.

- This is a popular area and the noise level may be higher especially on weekends and game days.

- There is no designated parking for this building, but there is an unloading zone in front of the building. We recommend parking in the Washington Street Parking Deck located at 125 West Washington Street - 1.5 blocks away. Once you are parked, you will want to walk everywhere downtown.

- Available for monthly/Mid-Term rentals, including corporate rentals and insurance relocations.
