Welcome to the Mai Tai !As soon as you enter Mai Tai, you will be captivated by the sublime view of the turquoise blue expanse of the sea which is offered to you from the terrace.In the living room you'll find a convertible sofa, a large connected television for relaxing evenings, and a fully equipped open kitchen.So, there are a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary equipment.The bay window in the living room opens onto a large terrace which accommodates table and chairs for traditional holiday aperitifs facing the sea.The bedroom is really spacious to store your belongings and suitcases, or will allow you to put a travel cot that we put at your disposal free of charge! A large king size bed will offer you soothing nights. You will also access the terrace through the bedroom.A bathroom with walk in shower, a washing machine and toilet is adjoining.The Mai Tai is fully air conditioned and has high speed WiFi.Linen (sheets, towels) are provided free of charge so you can travel light.The residence is secure, and has a beautiful swimming pool with 2 depths to which you will have free access. Through a gate located a stone's throw away, you will access the sublime and immense beach of Orient Bay.A free car park space is in front of the residenceRestaurants and shops are within walking distance: the Village and its many restaurants, beach restaurants, water sports, the supermarket, delicatessens, etc.To guarantee the success of your stay, the CAP SXM team, the concierge service which manages the Mai Tai, will be at your disposal before and during your stay for the organization of your activities, the rental of your vehicle, the realization shopping, tourist recommendations or simply to give you the first advice on arrival.Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems.

There may also be power outages.These are the downsides of island life!We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation.

Island life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. There may be seaweed on Orient Bay beach at certain times of the year. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
