Princess Manon is a spacious, fully renovated apartment located on Orient Bay Beach.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS
The beach is only a 50-meter walk from Princess Manon. You’ll be close to Bikini Beach, Coco Beach, and WAI Beach, where you can enjoy their sunbeds, beach bars, and restaurants.

You can also walk along the beach to nearby shops and the village square of Orient Bay with its restaurants.

STUNNING SEA VIEW
From the large living room or the spacious terrace located on the first floor, the sea view is beautiful. There are no buildings between the apartment and the beach, only a small, non-intrusive parking area.

HEALTHY TRADE WINDS
The location of Princess Manon's large terrace facing the sea allows you to enjoy the benefits of the trade winds, which protect you from mosquitoes and excessive heat.

LARGE SWIMMING POOL
To the side of the terrace, you’ll see the large and clean pool of the residence. The sound of the pool won’t disturb you but will allow you to keep an eye on your children if needed.

SECURE RESIDENCE
Carribean Princess is one of the few fully enclosed residences in Orient Bay. Access is through one of the 3 gates equipped with a keypad.

The apartment also has a water tank to handle any potential water outages.

Amazing Beach Experience

Fantastic stay, the condo was immaculate, and the pictures were accurate. The owners were responsive, and we had an easy check in. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the ocean from the back balcony. It was good to be on the second floor. We had great French meals in the nearby village, which was a short walk. We hope to return!

Vacation stay at Princess Manon beachfront in St. Martin

Our recent vacation to St. Martin (6/7/2024 - 6/14/2024) was excellent. This was our first trip to this island, and we definitely plan to return. The princess Manon property was an excellent choice for us. The beachfront location is awesome. We woke up early each morning to a beautiful sunrise. The cleanliness & amenities at the property are first class. The location of the property is within walking distance (down the beach) of several first-class restaurants and a shopping center with two very nice local supermarkets. We highly recommend this property for anyone planning to vist the island.

Very nice place

The only issue I had was communication by WhatsApp. I don't use it and while my wife does, but she's technologically challenged. It took me a few minutes to figure it out. Made checking in stressful. The condo is wonderful, Gilles was great. And the location could not have been better. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk and more within a 5 minute drive. I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. And I don't give praise like this lightly.

Great balcony

We stay at tons of BNB’s in Europe and the Caribbean - so tons of reference. This is great place. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great communication. Views of ocean are the best you can find on Orient Beach. Great little grocery walkable in town. We alternate eating out and cooking in dinners, and do all breakfast and lunch in. The condo could use upgrades to pots and pans, but it wasn’t a major drawback. Plenty of restaurants in town for our nights out. A fun beach dance club at the other end for dancing on the weekend. Also - know that you can’t drink the water here, so be ready to lug water bottles daily from little store. Or drive 7 mins to big store for a few huge water containers. Again, not a drawback for our vacation. This beach is the bomb. 3 miles of walking. Amazing water. Every water sport imaginable. Highly recommend.

Bright apartment with a sea view

lovely, spacious and newly renovated apartment with a beautiful view facing the ocean. Lots of space inside and on the balcony. Very accommodating host who we rented from before and were very happy to work with again. Will be happy to return and looking forward to it. Thank you Gilles, Daphnee and Alex, great team!

Wonderful Villa

We had a great stay at Princess Manon. Unit is very clean and has all you need. There were four of us there for a week and we had plenty of room. The view is amazing and right across from the beach. Plenty of beach restaurant's and more in the nearby village. Would highly recommend!

Place was beautiful and had amazing time!

The beach house was really clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. Great location and I highly recommend staying here. Gilies was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Princess Manon stay

This is a lovely villa on Orient Beach. We enjoyed our stay. The villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Our hosts were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

In real estate it is all about location and this one cannot be beat. Wall to wall open doors to terrace with a view of the beach is breath taking. Gilles and Daphnee are wonderful hosts - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The unit is fully stocked and very spacious with a large living area. We were only 2 but there is more than enough room for 4. Felt very safe in a gated community. No noise from the beach at night. We have been to St Martin many times but hopefully will be able to stay here in future visits. We have stayed in many VRBO's and strongly recommend this one.

Beach House

Beautiful villa on the best beach, Orient Bay. The villa was clean, comfortable with a beautiful large balcony overlooking the beach. Great restaurants in walking distance. Gilles and his family were available to answer any questions and drop in if we needed anything. Definitely hoping to return in the near future. FABULOUS property right on the beach

This property is probably the best place we've stayed through VRBO. It was very clean, pretty, and well furnished/appointed. Gilles, the property manager, was a great communicator and very friendly and welcoming. The best part about the property is that the back wall completely opens up to a porch with a great view of the ocean. We literally opened the wall when we first got there and never closed it... We hope to be back! :)

Wonderful ocean view!

Wonderful location with an unblocked view of the ocean from the second floor apartment. Large sliding doors on the balcony allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the surf. It was a one minute walk to the beach. Nice open floor plan with two bed/bath that accommodated two couples very easily. The property manager (Gilles) was very easy to contact as needed. I would recommend to anyone that asked!

Magnificent condo on the beach!

We have visited St. Maarten a number of times and this was by far our favorite VRBO property and location! The Orient Bay ocean view from the condo was stunning. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and so close to many wonderful locations/things to do on the French side. Gilles and Daphnee were wonderful hosts. We are missing it already.

A beautiful location

I have been visiting St Martin since 2008, this was the best location I have stayed at. The apartment was clean and Gilles was always available if issues occurred. We enjoyed it so much, we have reserved for next year.

Beautiful beachfront property

Second floor, ocean view with large sliding doors that let in the ocean breeze and great view of Orient Bay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and owner is very cooperative and available. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beach is very active during the day and has rentals for jet skis, catamarans, paddle boards, kite boards, etc down the beach near the restaurants. The beach has mostly just people in front of the apartment and is very quiet at night. The apartment is in a well kept gated complex in a nice residential area and felt very safe and secure. The complex has designated parking and the owner gave us a contact for a very helpful and reasonably priced car rental company who picked us up at the airport for no extra charge.

Perfect location right on the beach !

The view from this condo is incredible! The condo is well decorated and furnished. Great use of space. We loved that you can open up the whole living room wall to the huge balcony. The balcony off of the bedrooms was a nice surprise. Opening up all the doors created a great cross-breeze during the day, so we only needed to use the AC at night. I would highly recommend this condo. I will probably stay here again

We are a family of 5. We live near Paris in France and work in the events business. We definitely love Saint-Martin French side and especially the Orient Bay area.
We spend our summer time in Saint-Martin either in our Carribean Princess beachfront appartements or in our Villa Côté Sud which overlooks Orient Bay and its surrounding islands. We are happy to spend time in both accomodations in order to continously improve our properties and make our returning guests even happier by the year.

We have first bought another property located in Park View residence nearby with an amazing 180° view and a great privacy.
And we are happy to have bought this other property to be closest to the beach and to avoid taking our car to drive our teenager back and forth to Orient Bay beach in the daytime or in the night time.

No need of a car during your Saint-Martin vacation.
The Orient Bay beach and its main beach restaurants are only 100 feet away from the Carribean Princess condos.
The ocean view is stunning and there are no buildings between the Suite and the Beach.
The natural ocean breeze makes your stay in the apartment even more relaxing, even from May to November when it is very warm. At the same time, the breeze naturally repels surrounding mosquitoes. Very few beachfront accomodations in Orient Bay beach area have this key benefit.
