In this completely renovated 19th century barn with large heated and secure swimming pool, you can spend a pleasant and authentic holiday with family or friends.

After a break to do bed and breakfast, the Domaine du Cerneau is back to weekly rentals!

The swimming pool (10mx5m), the shaded garden and the one hectare plot guarantee a relaxing holiday in the middle of meadows and walnut trees. The land is not overlooked: tranquility assured.
The beautiful 180° view gives perspective and allows you to contemplate the starry sky in the evening.

The wooden terrace is covered by a pergola of photovoltaic panels and thus guarantees shade during meal times!

Once inside, you will notice the magnificent beamed ceilings (French ceiling), the stones of the dining room. During the renovation, we wanted to combine authenticity, comfort and modernity.

From the hall, you will access a first bedroom on the first floor with a 160cmx200cm bed.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where four of the five bedrooms are located:
- A bedroom with a 160cmx200cm bed
- A bedroom with two beds 90cmx190cm
- A bedroom with a 160cmx200cm bed and bathroom (sink and Italian shower) and separate toilet
- A bedroom with a 160cmx200cm bed, a 90cmx190cm bed and a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet.
The last door of the hall gives access to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (appliances, 5-burner cooking range and 3 ovens...), farmhouse table and benches. As well as a scullery (freezer, storage, washing machine...).

A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is accessible from this living room.

The living-dining room, very spacious, allows you to enjoy the large spaces: comfortable leather sofas, wood stove, flat screen TV area, farmhouse tables for meals. The bay window gives access to the terrace and the garden.

And if you want to go for a walk, you will be a stone's throw from the tourist sites of Hautefort (castle, Museum of the History of Medicine, walk in the village), Grotte de Tourtoirac and all the other castles, caves, gardens.. of the Périgord Noir!
