Beautiful brand new three bedroom which has three king-size beds three full bathroom penthouse condo At the #1 beach. Enjoy one-of-a-kind views from the top floor spacious patio balcony, or come enjoy a meal inside watching the sunset from the Florida ceiling windows. This condo is fully furnished, kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and large flatscreen TVs in every room. Beach chairs and beach towels also provided. Laundry machines on same floor of building.

Second bed and bath shower is wheelchair accessible.

Siesta Key Sensation

We had a great 2 week stay at this property. Location, views and accommodations were all fantastic! Owners were very responsive in all communications. Would definitely comeBack for future visit.

Third wonderful stay

Outstanding property ideally located directly across from the beach and a short 15-20 walk into town. Beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. This was my third stay at the property and it will not be my last.

Winter runaway

We had a great week of weather and a great place to stay. Apartment was large and open with a perfect corner deck looking out to the ocean. Quick walk to the town or beach.

Special family time

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We have always wanted to stay in Siesta Key and this was our first time. Our daughter uses a manual wheelchair and there was a room and bathroom to accommodate her needs, which is not easy for us to find. The bed was a little low for a wheelchair transfer, but we did fine. The host is very accommodating and the property is just as described. We hope to come back again to enjoy this special spot!

Splendid Apartment in Sesta Key

The apartment is beautiful with a view worth millions! Watching sunsets from the balcony is worth the stay. The beach is one of the best in Florida. The town is within walking distance and is full of friendly folks and good places to eat and shop.

Great location/ wonderful host

Ideal location. Less than a minute to walk into the beach. 20 minute walk to go to the main part of town where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. The host was always readily available to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again

Great location. 20 min walk to many restaurants. View of and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The condo is immaculate and gorgeous. The host is terrific at communicating. Our second year here!! Highly recommend

Modern Penthouse Condo

This condo was very nice, very modern, comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. The very large balcony provided great views and sunsets when we didn’t want to walk the very short walk to the beach. Location was great and walkable or able to ride a bike to the village.

Out of the cold

Very nice property, very spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and well stocked with the exception of paper products. The locker on bottom floor with beach gear was a nice amenity. The balcony was very large and great for sunbathing, people watching and sunsets.

Fantastic Condo

Perfect rental for 3 couples Gorgeous ocean view - literally took my breath away when we opened the door! Well stocked & clean Comfortable & quiet at night Beach chairs & wagon were so handy and appreciated. Thank you Maria for being so attentive and for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great Location and Views

Nice size three bedroom with three full baths, great family room space over looking the deck and out to the beach/ocean. Great wrap around deck for viewing and relaxing. Nice to have a downstairs locker to keep beach toys when your head back and forth to the beach. About a mile to the village so you can walk it for the exercise or catch the shuttle right in front of the unit. Great place for couples or family gathering.

Fabulous location and unit

My family just spent a week here and loved every minute. The unit is located across the street from the public beach but far enough down to keep the crowds at a minimum. Reasonable walk to village and overall exceptional location and view. Teens had plenty of space and privacy, and we felt very comfortable allowing them freedom to come and go to beach/ village on their own. All appliances worked perfectly. In unit laundry was super helpful. Secondary bedrooms were without cable but owner was working to restore asap- kids watched their phones anyway. We look forward to our next stay!

Leftover laundry

We had to do three loads of laundry (towels & sheets), left by the cleaning people, when we arrived. The dryer was overloaded and everything was wet, so we had to rewash and dry them.

Beautiful Property but NOT on the Beach

This is a beautiful property and the host is very responsive. At the time of our booking the property was described as being ON THE BEACH. The location PIN also shows that it is on the beach. The property is actually located across a very busy road from the beach resulting in considerable traffic noise at all hours. We specifically searched only for properties that were actually on the beach. We would not have considered this property had we known of its location. The property description has since been charged to reflect that it is AT the beach rather than on the beach however the PIN location still shows that it is on the beach. Anyone visiting the property knowing of its actual location will however not be disappointed. Very nice place.

Not what expected

The condo itself was nice except tv came on and off all hours in guest room, oven stayed hot had to pull breaker, ceiling fan in guest room only worked if you kept the light on. Upon arrival shattered glass all over deck and chairs flipped upside down a mess from tropical storm Debbie! I tried to cancel due to the storm but wasn't allowed to without loosing my money because it was hurricane season which I did t know that little clause was I. There or I never would have used Vrbo!' The condo itself was very nice owner was kind of hard to stay I. Touch with because she was I. Another country. Also needs to say ocean fromt not beach front as it's a long walk to beach And had to walk through nasty black water to get there from storm. Checked out a couple days early!

Amazing location and patio/views but…

For the price of the penthouse there was too much that didn’t work and we were t offered any money back. Broken oven (was told too close to arrival and we wouldn’t have been able to find another place in time). Broken tv in bedroom (my kids fall asleep to tv so we didn’t even use the 3rd bedroom bc my daughter had to sleep with me). Bathroom vanity light completely out in one bath. Bathroom bulbs out in other bathroom. Views are amazing and location you can’t beat but for the price, I would’ve expected everything to wor.

Great view, but problems.

The condo was very spacious and had a lot of potential. The sun deck was great and the view was beautiful. It was a bit noisy sitting outside with it being right on the road. I will be honest. There was not a single piece of comfortable furniture. All of the furniture was leather and low to the floor, even the beds. If you have a bad back, this is not the place for you. My friend rigged up a canvas strap into the window frame so that I could pull myself out of bed. We ended up bringing in two wooden deck chairs. There was NO Florida feel in this condo. There was so much that could have made this condo welcoming and warm. It was all black and white and sparse. Just a heads up. Less than three weeks before our arrival, Maria emailed me and had changed our departure date. We booked last year in May. Apparently, there was an overlap. She did refund us the lost day and paid for our non-refundable room on our drive home. It was just the point. I told her to have the next group coming in to come a day later. She would not do anything to change it for us. It all worked out, but it was not the proper thing to do. Just a suggestion. For safety purposes, grab bars in the showers would be helpful. It would be nice to have an alarm clock in the bedrooms. Not everyone uses their phones. Val, the office manager, was great to work with. She was very friendly and helpful.

Nice but frustrating

First I will say this condo is very nice. It’s very modern decor wise. The view out the main room and deck is fantastic. You look right out to the beach across the street. AC worked great, the place was never hot even when temps were high 90’s on our trip. They have beach chairs and even a cart which was a nice touch. It’s something we have not always had at other condo’s we have rented in the area the last few years. Communication was very quick with the owner. You are not dealing with a property management company on this property. Now for my frustration on our trip. The owner let us know the oven was not working the day before our rental started. She offered to cancel the reservation but also said she had a tech coming a few days into our rental to diagnose and repair the oven. Given it was less than 24 hours before our vacation was starting (making it very difficult to find another option for our vacation) we choose to keep the reservation. Believing it would not be a huge issue and would be fixed within a few days. Tuesday came, tech showed up and couldn’t fix it. Had to order a part and would not return till Thursday. (We rented Saturday to Saturday). Thursday came and the part was the wrong part, had to return on Friday with the correct part. At this point I asked the owner for a discount on our rental. We did know it was going to be a few days till it was fixed but at this point the oven was not working our almost the entire trip. The owner declined to make a concession stating they told us ahead of time and we choose the keep the reservation. We expressed our unhappiness with this response which they did not respond to. The repair tech finally did get the oven fixed on Friday afternoon and left the old part in the kitchen. We have no idea if it really was fixed at that point, we were getting ready to depart Friday evening as our check out was Saturday by 11:00 AM. We felt a gesture by the owner to give a modest discount would have been in good faith since the oven was not working 7 of the 8 days we weee there. We would look at other properties in the future and not deal with this owner given this frustration we had.

We will be back!

The condo was great — comfortable, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. But the best feature by far is the fabulous location, right on beautiful Siesta beach, with a full view of the beach and gulf — and sunsets— from the large balcony. Convenient to Siesta village. We had a great week and we will be back.
