This completely renovated unit in the Sunset Royale is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the world famous sands of Siesta Beach. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with sweeping, unobstructed 180 degree views of Siesta Key Beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sand of Siesta Key beach is less than 50 feet from the front entrance of this recently renovated building. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is provided to prepare your beachfront view meals. For those who prefer their meals out, the restaurants and nightlife of Siesta Key village are less than a mile walk away. The free Siesta Breeze Trolley gives you access to the village and the entire island from the convenient stop right in front of the building. Boat, jet ski, parasailing and paddle board rentals are also close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, a cooler, and a cart to carry them in are also provided for your trips to the beach. Just bring your swimsuit and sandals, and enjoy this little piece of paradise. When choosing accommodations for your Siesta Key holiday, do not settle for no views, long walks to the beach, or crowded parking lots. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 20 years, and have not found a better overall location or view of Siesta Beach than you will have from Sunset Royale 312!

Absolutely beautiful location, two steps from the beach, walking distance from some great restaurants and little shops. Condo nicely furnished, well organized kitchen. View from large window just breathtaking.Host provided clear instructions and communication was clear and easy. Beautiful place!

The property was clean and the kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need. For those sensitive to cigarette smoke, there are smokers on the premises but the addition of an air cleaning system in the unit took care of smell. The bed in the main bedroom was very firm which may be good or bad depending on your preference. The view of the Gulf was premium and it was nice enjoying the view without experiencing the elements.Overall, highly recommend!

The property was in a perfect location, right across the street from the beach access, so it was super easy for us to get down there every day. Everything was clean when we arrived, with fresh towels and linens, and everything was easy to find! There were plenty of cooking utensils, including pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc.One thing I will say, there are a lot of glass sculptures, and accessories (all of the tables are glass) which was a task keeping little kids away from as soon as we arrived I moved every single thing I could up high so nothing got broken.A couple days in, the elevator stopped working and it was fixed immediately. We have no complaints and would love to stay again!

Island getaway

Perfect location

Open view to the beach. Was a little concerned when we saw that the lanai was enclosed but it was perfect, providing a great view in comfort. Right across from the beach, half mile to pickleball, one mile to town and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Between Hurricanes

We came between Hurricanes Helene and Milton . Everything was perfect and Frank and Sharon’s place! Beautiful condo! Great big windows to watch the Gulf from. Spacious place with everything very clean! We would definitely stay again! Siesta Key got hammered by both Hurricanes, so I pray for all there that they have a speedy recovery! We got out of Siesta Key just in time, but rest assured that we can’t wait to return to your ‘gem’ of a condo! Thank you Frank and Sharon.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I have been coming to Siesta Key since our honeymoon 14 years ago, and this has been the best accommodation we've had to date. The location is perfect. The view is beautiful, and the property was immaculately clean. Definitely interested in staying here again.

Exactly as Described and Better!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this amazing condo in the Key! Everything listed in terms of amenities, from kitchen and bathroom supplies to beach supplies, was exactly as promised. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and Frank was very helpful and responsive- even offering us an early check-in since we arrived a few hours before 4 PM. The location was exceptional, with it being a short walk to the beach and having the trolley stop directly out front to quickly get to the village. We also enjoyed many mornings sitting in the lanai, enjoying the coolness of the AC, and the beautiful view. I would stay here again!

Tropical Sarasota

This property is a perfect location for a week at Siesta Key Beach and Villages. The unit is clean and open and you have a breathtaking view of the Gulf. I hope to visit again and if the unit is available, i would definitely stay here again. Everything you need and more. The only things i needed to buy was food, other incidentals provided by the owners which is a plus. 2 Bedrooms and I never heard any of the other tennants from units on either side or above or below us. Very peaceful ! I would highly recommend this Unit. Thank you 😊

Great Vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described. You could not ask for a better location. Directly across the street from beach. It was great that all beach supplies were included. We had a blast. The manager Valerie is extremely helpful with anything you need. Check in was super easy. Parking is under an overhang so it keeps your car cool. Frank and Sharon are extremely easy to speak to. When we come back to Siesta Key, we are definitely booking this condo again.

Top Ten Reasons to Love this Place

1. The View - When it comes to view, few places I have been on Siesta Key match the view of Siesta Key Beach & the Gulf.

2. It's all new! Everything in this unit was replaced when it was purchased and replaced with modern decor, new appliances, linens, dishes & utensils.

3. Closest location to Siesta Key Beach. The building fronts the widest and closest section to Beach Road of Siesta Key Beach. No parking lots to look over, just sand and water.

4. Close to the village. With less than a mile stroll you can be in the heart of Siesta Key Village and take advantage of its shops, restaurants and nightlife.

5. While at the beach, your bathroom is closer than the public restroom, much cleaner, and way less crowded.

6. You can attend multiple weddings from the lanai without an invitation or having to buy a gift.

7. You can hear the drum circle by opening the lanai windows.

8. From the lanai it feels like you are on the beach even when you are not on the beach.

9. It's cheaper than the closest hotel to the beach and way roomier and nice.

10. If you can't watch the famous Siesta Key sunsets from the beach, you can watch them with a glass of wine from the comfort of your lanai chair.
