Located directly on the beach in Cherry Gove, this condo is the perfect vacation spot and features all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 twins & 1 full in the 2nd bedroom.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features luxury vinyl flooring throughout and flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. This condo is a corner unit, on the 1st floor, and the private balcony off of the living room overlooks the sun deck and sand dunes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is a washer & dyer in the unit for your convenience.

Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, sundeck, free parking (1 vehicle only) and free Wi-Fi. There is also a private beach access with outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off. Just down the road is a boat landing and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. This inlet island extends into the salt marsh and offers walking paths, observation docks, picnic shelters and more.

Very relaxing experience

Location was amazing. Literally a short stroll to be right on the water's edge. The pool was a decent size and was never over crowded. We had a few appliance issues and a shower bar fell off the first time it was touched. We also had a horrble smoke smell that lasted almost our entire stay. The management company came out with air fresheners and air deodorizers. They offered a two hour long treatment but we had waited all day just to get into the unit that we decined that. Ran all the fans and sprayed air freshener every few hours. There were several flooring concerns with weak/bowing spots. I am also fairly certain we are taking some ants back to Ohio as we saw some on our luggage stored on a rack in the closet and in the car while traveling home. Our last night there was tarnished by what we can only assume was a unit owner who was VERY rude and nasty to us. Overall, the trip/stay was nice.

This unit was fairly roomy and well decorated, comfortable, and had all anyone would need. Access to the beach was the best part about this first floor rental. All appliances worked and the showers were good. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. There is no view of the ocean in A1, and the small patio was in bit of a high traffic area, but outdoor and indoor furniture was ample and comfortable. The only drawback was that we had to call someone to come make repairs, as the second bedroom door wouldn't even close, let alone lock, and the screen to the patio was completely off and laying on the patio railing. The repair man was very nice, but he couldn't get the door to lock. This place has seen some rough treatment, so other than being clean, I don't know that I would say it is well maintained. None of the floors are level and you don't want to look too close at walls or floors. There was surprisingly many beach towels and pillows and blankets available for our use. We had asked about that previously and were told there were none. The worst part of the rental was that we were not told until our arrival that only one parking space was useable on the property. I was told on the phone there were two parking spaces available.The place sleeps 6, so that many people would obviously need to arrive in more than one vehicle. The parking lot where we were staying was never even full. North Beach Realty was far away and parking a second car in their lot was more than inconveninet.

Winter 2025

We enjoyed our stay and condo was perfect for just the two of us and could have accommodated a few more adults or children. All appliances worked as should. Cozy place and that was good with the unpredictable winter this year.

Fall vacation

Victoria from North Beach Realty was awesome. We had our originally vacation canceled on the day of. Victoria was awesome to help us to get in early morning. It was a much needed vacation after being hit by the hurricane in Western NC. GoblessGoblessed us with a vacation

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last few years - we love the location and the unit! No frills but you can’t beat how close it is to the beach.

I was not totally impressed. It has no cupboard space to keep food that you bring in. We were told that we couldn't hang towels on the railing, it wasn't allowed pool was closed twice for issues while we were there. Access to the beach was great. We were on the 1st floor couldn't see the ocean at all. the 1st floor and couldn't see the oceant the

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the unit was good. Somethiing to note especially if you have a family, bring toilet paper and trash bags. They will supply one bag and one roll per bathroom. There was room darkening window treatments in every room except the master. The sun shines brightly in at 6:00 am. That’s not when we like to wake up on vacation. Also this unit is right next to the pool. Overall clean, comfortable, and good location.

Great location and condo for family

Was a great location for my family on the beach. Pool and beach are super close and we really enjoyed it. Prior guests shoved food or something in sink and there were a ton of ants for a few days, but that wasn't the owners fault.

Great unit on the beach!

This unit was overall great for our family. Glad we were on the bottom unit. Very short walk out on the beach. The pool was nice, never extremely crowded during our stay. They did notify us a few days before check in that the air was having issues and was temporarily fixed. They came on Tuesday morning to work on the unit, they had it fixed and working great before we got back in from the beach. Definitely recommend this unit!

Hot mess

The second we walked into the condo, we were overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke. This was upsetting being sensitive to smoke and having our small children present who do not get exposed to it. Upon further examination of the condo, it was clear to see there is very poor cleaning that happens prior to the next guest coming. There was dirt and sand all over the floor (some to be expected being at the beach, but not the amount that was present), brown liquid dripped all over the floors in the kitchen and hall bath, broken blinds, sand and crumb covered couches ( I bought covers at Walmart just to feel comfortable sitting on furniture) and not the mention the cigarette butts we found under the bed in the main bedroom. We immediately called to complain and we were called back immediately with apologies and were promised that someone would call the next morning at 9am to send someone out to set up machines to help draw out the smell that was blamed on other tenants on the property smoking, despite the cigarettes found in the room and the obvious yellowing of the walls and ceilings. We were told we would be reimbursed for all the cleaning supplies I had to go and purchase just to clean enough to feel semi-comfortable to follow through with our stay. No one called us the following day or offered to take our receipt for reimbursement. The photos are clearly modified as it’s not that clean nor bright in person. Find somewhere else to stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at NMB and when staying at Finestere. It was the perfect space for us and located in a good area. We only had one issue, which was ants! They were all over the kitchen. We bought our own traps to try to clear them, but when that didn’t work, the realty company sent maintenance to exterminate. After that, we had no more issues and could perform food prep in the kitchen again. The realty company contacted the HOA and they even reimbursed us for our traps. We were happy with that! Could have happened at any rental, especially with a first floor unit, so we are not blaming anyone. We would return to this rental!

Fantastic

It was super nice from start to finish staying there. Beach was right outside pool was nice. Everything was super close by. Atmosphere was friendly everyone was welcoming.
