Perfect rental for our family trip. The bunk space worked great for the kids and the two bedrooms were perfect for the parents. The rental is very spacious and we enjoyed the balconies. The property was fun- the kids loved the lazy river and getting ice cream from the little cafe. Highly recommend!

Nicole was an amazing host. Quick to respond. Super easy check in. Only negatives were the elevators wait time for being on the top floor, and the smell of weed around the property.

We absolutely loved our stay. The views were amazing. We loved the multiple pools for the kids. Very family friendly resort. The condo was wonderful for our large family. We had plenty of room. The condo was clean and cozy. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for something in PCB. Nicole made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely book with her in the future.

Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate. The only complaint I would have was the elevators were extremely slow and hot. Now this isn’t the owners fault at all and can’t be controlled- but definitely an inconvenience when trying to bring everything up and leaving. The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and had ample space. I will make the suggestion of getting a new can opener- we made it work, but it definitely took a bit of strength. With that being the only thing- we definitely don’t have anything to complain about. Would love to stay again in the future. Great place for family and kids. Oh and for families like ours that like to put up a tent/canopy on the beach- there are rules here that you cannot do this except behind the rental chairs. Keep that in mind.

This was first time in this unit. Unit needs to have some TLC as there were a lot of little things that we had to deal with. These were all reported to Nicole.

Family vacation

This was mine and my family’s 4th time at splash resort and in times past the rooms have been wonderful. The online pictures were always an accurate reflection of what the room was like on arrival. This condo however was not. It was not clean at all. Even the living room furniture was dirty. The frog had to be wiped out before we could use it and it also barely kept the food cold. Icemaker didn’t work. Dishwasher was so dirty on the inside we had to run it on sani cycle to clean it before use. I typically don’t leave reviews however I was greatly disappointed in this condo.

I was very surprised to read your review, especially since I never received any messages from you during or after your stay about these concerns. If you had reached out, I would have addressed the issues right away to ensure your stay was comfortable. We work hard to provide a clean and welcoming space for families, and we take that responsibility seriously. Prior to your arrival, we completed a deep clean, replaced the comforters with brand new ones, and had the couches cleaned. My cleaner also sends detailed photos after each clean, which I review personally to ensure the condo is guest-ready. Since your stay was over a month ago, and this is the first time I’m hearing about any problems, it’s difficult to understand why these concerns weren’t brought to my attention sooner—especially if they were as serious as described. That said, I will still pass along your feedback to my cleaning team. Our goal is always to provide a positive, memorable experience, and I’m sorry this stay did not meet your expectations. I hope you and your family have a wonderful rest of your summer.

I’d love to start with the positive….the views are incredible. They did not disappoint! The condo is spacious and the balconies are large. Our experience started with not receiving our letter with the information on the condo number and code until 30 minutes after we were supposed to be able to check in and only after sending an email. Getting into the condo late made us late getting to the rehearsal dinner for the wedding we were there for. That was stressful and frustrating. The decor while pretty was in need of some repairs. One of legs on one of the dressers was broken and canted, kind of propped up. We did email with our concern of this and there was not a reply. The couch was nice and comfy but dirty. The walls and baseboards were very dirty with multiple places where they had spackled but did not paint and other places that needed spackling but wasn’t. There were several places where it looked like something was dripping all down the walls. The sliding glass doors were so hard to open and close and were loud when trying to slide them. The description on the site said, “Our Penthouse Splash condo has been fantastically updated with gorgeous, high-end furniture and décor and features high-end, brand new HDTVs, and updated patio furniture to enhance your sunset viewing experience.” The furniture on the patio is a couple of Adirondack chairs on the main one and a high top table with 2 chairs. One of the same chairs on the other small master balcony and none on the other

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re so glad you enjoyed the incredible Gulf views — they truly are a highlight of our penthouse at Splash. For clarity, check-in details were sent at 3:18 PM, and we confirmed by 3:28 PM that you had received them and accessed the condo. I do apologize again for the slight delay in sending that information, and I appreciate your confirmation at that time that everything was received and you were able to enter without issue. During your stay, the only item brought to our attention was the dresser. Thank you for sharing that so we could address it. The piece itself is in good condition; the leg simply needed adjustment, which has since been taken care of. We did not receive any additional concerns during your stay, and we are always happy to address anything promptly while guests are in-house to ensure a comfortable experience. The condo had recently undergone a full deep clean, including couches, baseboards, and detailed surfaces, and is professionally cleaned and inspected after each stay. We’ve worked with the same trusted cleaning team for two years, and they consistently do excellent work. The balcony doors are intentionally heavier due to high-rise safety standards, and the balcony furnishings are in good condition and selected to complement the spacious layout and views. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. I would recommend when staying somewhere in the future to please let your host know while you are there so they can make things right if need be. I hope you have a great Summer!

Good location, Condo needs work

Starting with positives, The location and view are great! We had 3 adults, 3 teens and 1 kid in our group and had plenty of space. Unfortunately, We arrived to a very dirty property. Kitchen, floors, baseboards, couches, bedding needed washing. Really too much to list. We contacted Nicole with pictures and she was very responsive. She had the cleaning crew come back however they didn’t do anything but sent pictures that they had. We contacted Nicole with more pictures and she offered to come herself and clean. We opted to clean the place ourselves and she kindly refunded our cleaning fee. We made the best of the week. Can’t beat the view and the beach. There are quite a few maintenance issues and updates that need to be made that and a good deep clean and this place would be great! I’ve sent pictures and communicated to Nicole everything that we saw. I have no doubt she will be working on the place in addition to finding a new cleaning crew. Hopefully afterwards it will be a beautiful place for many more families to enjoy.

Better than She explains in listing! Beautiful and just perfect

Super happy. No complaining from us at all. We had no idea there are 3 diff secluded balconies over looking the beach/ocean. I was blown away by that! The pics for sure don’t do this place justice. The master bedrooms (there are 2) are larger than I would have thought and beyond spacious for all my wife’s “stuff” lol. My parents used the back room which is enormous and way bigger then pics show as all you see was a corner in the pic. The private balcony there is very warm n charming for a couple. My parents sipped coffee early AM’s without waking my kids or my wife lol. The beds are more than comfortable, we all separately complimented them! The living room is spacious with floor to ceiling windows of the ocean both the sliding door and large side windows. Just stunning. Beach chairs 2 and umbrella are free daily at beach. 4 diff pool options outside for kids and less busy or more just fans. Lazy river my youngest son who’s almost 8 couldn’t get out of, him and I did some laps pushing him in there provided tube! My 15 year old son met a great young lady and her mom, then they hung out tough for a few days. Great place. Great friendly staff all around! Happy! Oh yea, Check in is EASY! Parking pass and wrist bands made super easy and replaceable anytime you want/need more. The bar for drinkers or coffee is super reasonable in comparison to other places in PCB we’ve been in very recent history. Perfect trip. Be back. Thank you 5 stars. Enjoyed this trip

Not very clean; BLOOD; great location

Nice big space. Not very clean. Blue toothpaste on floor (we use white, so not ours). Grandson sat in menstrual blood on toilet when we arrived. Also blood on two hand towels that were folded as clean on bathroom counterops. I was VERY upset about that. Called owner. Was told new hand towels would be delivered. Never came. Cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived at check in time. Floor was wet when we all entered making tile floors crazy slick. Bedding was clean. Couch needs cleaning. Dishes from the person before us were in dishwasher (some still dirty). View was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Dirty dishes, dirty couch, blood on towels & toilet were very very upsetting. Cleaners still cleaning when we arrived (on time; not early) and leaving other peoples dishes in dishwasher, toothpaste, blood, and wet floor upon entering were hazardous and VERY unprofessional. Lightbulbs missing from lamps, so went and bought our own bulbs. Couldnt find remote to living room fanlight. I have pics of bloody handtowels as well as dirty dishes. Had hoped for an easier experience taking 3 generations to the beach. Lackluster, for sure. Would not stay here again.

Thank you for taking time to review our home. Your stay was back in October & you just reviewed our home. I am not sure why the long delay? I looked back over our conversations & was surprised not to find the things you mentioned in this review in our conversations other than needing more towels. There wasn't any mention of blood. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than that. I really wish you would have sent me the pictures and told me all these things when you stayed. I am not sure why you would not have done that. I, along with my cleaner, always put our guests needs first. We go above to make sure they are happy and taken care of. I really would have loved the chance to make it right if these things in fact happened. But the lack of communcition back in October during your stay didn't allow me the chance to do so. I am sorry for that as well as any inconvience you had. But again, I can't make them right unless I am told about it. I hope you and your family have a good 2024
