How We Host (With Love & Boundaries)
Full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces—self check-in with keypad. Exterior entry-only cameras for safety/insurance compliance (no interior cameras—ever). I live off-site and respect your privacy, but I’m available for questions via message. Optional add-ons include:

Early check-in ($75)
Wellness setup (tea station, mats, candles, journal – $100)
Grocery stocking (fresh, thoughtful arrival – $100+)

We visited the area for a family reunion that was hosted not too far away from the house. Gigi was thoughtful and proactive about reaching out with welcome instructions and checked in on us with nice note after day 1. The house was actually way bigger than we anticipated, so we had lots of room (and rooms) to enjoy and spread out a bit. Everything else was as expected and like we saw in the pictures; we traveled with two young kids and the house was kid-friendly and had lots of games that they enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

The listing is heavily AI enhanced. The kitchen picture showed cabinets that weren't actually there, same of the built-in at the end of the cabinets. Most of the outlets were so loose plugs didn't stay in. There was weird texture on everything including the appliances. Almost no water pressure in any other that bathrooms. Upon arrival found wet towels on the beds, dryer still running and totally soak rug in the upstairs bath and the list of things could go on and on. I would advise the owner to look for a different cleaning service.

The host was very responsive to a heat issue as well as hot water. We were not on premises very much. A bathroom door in an upstairs bathroom was a curtain and provided little privacy. The beds were comfortable.

Overall the stay was excellent. Loved the Master bedroom setup. Plenty of space. Nice size yard for the kids to play. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property for a family gathering or event

This was a very nice property to do many things on . We stayed busy feom.outside games and bbq. Will try to rent this again when in the atlanta area.

Family Get together

Came 10 hrs to meet up with family to visit aging Mother. The place met all our needs and was just lovely! and Gigi was awesome. Definitely recommend

Fun little getaway

The place was beautiful. Unfortunately we were up there for a wedding so we didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would've liked to. The property has lots to do outside (darts, cornhole, fireplace, grilling) and lots of games and things inside as well. We had a really good time. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice secluded place with a lot of space .

This property exceeded me expectations. Upon arrival I was blown away with how much property the house was on . I loved the outside patio area and the fire pit in the backyard . The rooms were nice and plentiful and everything you need was there. Would love to book again in the near future !

That’s why I created this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom countryside sanctuary in Dallas, Georgia—just 35 minutes from Atlanta. It’s not just a house. It’s the flagship of my Zen Retreat Collection: a private portal for mature seekers ready to slow down, breathe deep, and remember who they are.

You’ll find two master suites, open living spaces, full kitchen, fenced yard, private hot tub, fire pit, deck, mini putt-putt, volleyball, and valley views that hush the mind. Recent upgrades mean modern comfort: brand-new HVAC for perfect temperature, eco-friendly waterless tank, and freshly cleaned septic system—peace of mind built in.

This space is curated for reset: Just room to reflect, reconnect—with yourself, loved ones, or the quiet wisdom of nature.

Self check-in with keypad. Exterior entry-only cameras for safety/insurance (no interior ever). I’m available for questions, or you can add optional curated touches: early check-in ($75), wellness setup (tea, mats, candles – $100), grocery stocking ($100+), host-guided fire pit reflection (1hr – $250), or airport welcome transfer ($125 one-way / $200 round-trip).
Small gatherings, creative shoots, or wellness retreats welcome with prior approval.
