Large property with plenty of room for multiple families. Grandkids loved the pool and game room. Hosts are VERY communicative and responsive.

Overall the house was great. There is some evidence of upgrading the interior to give it a more modern look but others need to continue like the den furniture. But perhaps he’s going for that rustic log cabin look. My family enjoyed the stay and the space. The pool deck is in need of repairs. I did see some small sugar ants in the master bedroom. Not enough to make me want to leave. No roaches though!

It’s an older home and the property mgr will nickel and dime you to death. Great location and perfect for large families, easy to find. Pool is beautiful (it was too cold for us to use). Great areas for all ages to enjoy being together.

Thank you for taking the time to review. Anything less than five stars is a fail for us. Yes, even a four-star stay. Thank you for the kind feedback about the extra charges. The alternative is for us to charge price for guests that have the maximum amount of people coming to the home, but if we did that we would be overcharging those that don't bring as many. We felt this was the best way to manage our business fairly. We hope to have another opportunity to host you and do what we can to earn a five-star stay from you.

We have rented this house before for family event - and we rented it this weekend for family who came to town for our child's graduation from Hillgrove Hill School. We used it to 'hotel' just over a dozen folks who came in from out of town. The location and set-up of the house is ideal. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts but it was large and convenient. It is a family friendly home with a great location for a family gathering in this area.

We recently spent a week in Powder Springs, Georgia for a family vacation and reunion. We had 15 people, including a 4 year-old child, plus a 2 year-old who stayed for no additional charge. The property was as described. It was very spacious with ample beds and bathrooms for our large family. It was also very secluded yet very close to a grocery store and restaurants.The home was also convenient to the Atlanta airport for the three families who flew in for the week. The other three families drove from out-of-state. None of us reside in Georgia. There are many activities that are easily accessible to this property. Some of our group enjoyed hiking nearby trails, while others visited the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola Museum. Additionally, some enjoyed an afternoon outing to a near-by indoor Go-Kart entertainment center. The pool on the property was always waiting and inviting to some of our family!Everyone in our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The home and property are as described and pictured, and we would definitely recommend this home and property for families needing a lot of space.

Family time.

Location was perfect, only 13 minutes to my Son’s home in Acworth. Lots of room, and the pool was is great shape and provided fun Times for kids and adults! We had a very good visit.

It was a nice house to be for the weekend

Love all of the things that you can do at this house like game room to the movie room. All so very nice love all about this house would definitely stay here again.

Great spot very spacious

House was set up very nicely and very spacious for the large group we had. Everything was as listed and advertised. Look forward to our trip next year to GA and hope to book house again.

Secluded estate for a group

Spacious house with everything you need and it is just as described. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Dean was great. Would definitely recommend.

Family Wedding

My sibling, daughter & son stayed at this home for my sons wedding weekend. It was the perfect place space wise. We all wished the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed sitting out by the pool, maybe next time!

Amazing Property, Great Hosts

Our stay was wonderful. The place was sprawling and gorgeous. They heated the pool for us (at a reasonable fee) and we loved the quiet, serene setting. The hosts were fantastic. Quick responses before, during and after the rental. We have rented a lot of places over the years this was hands down the best experience. Loved everything about this listing and would highly recommend!

We came to town for a baseball tournament. We had 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids) and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. And bonus for the entire living space and play area downstairs for the kids! They also had a huge yard to play wiffle ball and basketball and the pool to swim in. The property was so beautiful. You felt like you were out in the country, yet only minutes from stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property, especially to large families or groups. It was perfect!

Good.... Not Great

House was a bit outdated and needed to be refreshed. Entryway needed paint, there were a few broken shelves and theatre room had and odor. Beds were VERY hard and bathrooms needed an update. Pool and kitchen were beautiful. House was huge and doors were a bit tricky to lock. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Overall experience was good.

This was a very disappointing stay for our group that ultimately resulted in a family leaving after the first night and the rest of the party leaving a full day early. At check-in the house had a terrible smell, half used bars of soap left in tubs, a main door that literally could not be shut or locked leaving it open to whoever wanted in, spiders and webs all over, dirty couches, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately it only went downhill from there. Ants were ultimately all over the property, unsleepable beds, terrible smell from mildewing rags left in laundry area that took two days to go away. The pool itself was nice and what everyone was looking forward to however only about half the party was able to use it and pretty much had to stay in the pool because of all of the fire ants covering the deck. The “movie room” was completely unusable due to all of the spiders and ants everywhere in addition to that there was no air in that room making it extremely hot. When I say ants were everywhere I have a video in which the floor looked like it was moving because so many ants were coating the floor. There is no air hockey table, the foosball table was broken and the ping pong table had 4 balls in which 3 were cracked. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Stayed in many places over the years and none have been close to this bad.

The house itself is fine. The basement has many amenities for your children to enjoy. Showers are hit and miss with water pressure and temp control. The screened porch furniture has black mold. The pool was relatively clean for swimming but the entire back area needs maintenance work. With some time and attention it could look just like the photos.
