The Blue Bungalow is a cute and cozy newly remodeled Bungalow located in the convenient and desirable Sleepy Hollow neighborhood, just 2 blocks from Wesley Medical Center and minutes from Downtown, Wichita State, and Via Christi St. Francis. With a modern Boho Decor, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and cute outdoor space, you won't want or need to leave!

The Blue Bungalow is conveniently located on the edge of the popular Sleepy Hollow Neighborhood. It is just blocks north of Wesley Medical Center and minutes from Via Christi St. Francis. Just north of College Hill and minutes from downtown, the house is very convenient to many restaurants, bars and attractions.

Guests have full access to the entire property.

The Blue Bungalow is completely remodeled and fully furnished with brand new appliances and furniture. With a ring door bell system and key pad entry, it is easy for guests to check in or reach me in case of emergency. Motion-sensing cameras are located on the front and back of the property for extra security.

The front door opens into the large open living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Sling. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots/ pans, dishes and cookware. Basics such as coffee, tea, and sugar will be available.

Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, q-tips, and cotton balls.


The laundry is located in the basement. Please note that the stairs are steep.

Have kids? A pack and play and high chair are available upon request. We also have age appropriate toys that can be available upon request.

Working? This space has a workspace with a charging station, fast Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located. We also offer this space as short-term rentals for business purposes.

The base price is based on two people, after two people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra.

This property is non-smoking and drug-free. This includes E-cigarettes and any illegal substances. We highly encourage people to take their shoes off in the house in order to help to maintain a clean environment for you and future guests.

This house does have a driveway (though it is steep) and free street parking. This house is centrally located. You can get to just about anywhere in Wichita.
