Please note however that we provide one wash cloth per guest and the hand towels provides are actually apart of our complimentary starter kit and not meant to last for the duration of the entire stay. Unfortunately, pest control is booked 2-3 days out, which led to them telling us it would be two days after the report or the following Monday as they're closed on weekends. Once we got that information, we offered to send out maintenance the same day to spray, even though we don't have access to the same chemicals as pest control. We apologize for the inconvenience as guest satisfaction is our #1 priority. The card on file was refunded on 10/13, so you should have received it on your end by now. We apologize for not giving you a call as we received your text and thought you preferred to speak that way. We'll take that feedback into consideration moving forward. We assure you that guest issues are a top priority. We aim to address them quickly, and apologize if we fell short of that goal. We're sorry to hear that our efforts during and after your stay weren't worth-while. We hope you consider a future stay with us at Benchmark Management.
