Within walking distance of local restaurants & bars, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and breathtaking views from Lakewood park. If you're looking for a night out on the town, only a 15-minute Uber ride to downtown Cleveland to tour The Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame, catch a game a Progressive Field, or join the Dawg Pound on a Sunday afternoon!

This beautiful Lakewood home is conveniently located in central Lakewood, within walking distance of bars/restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and family owned shops, or a short drive/Uber to downtown CLE! This home is on a quiet neighborhood street with comfortable tempurpedic mattresses for a great nights rest for your much needed week/weekend/month/year (?) getaway!

The spacious and bright front living room overlooks a beautiful front porch and has a comfortable couch, reading chair with ottoman, coffee table, and a large built-in flat screen smart TV. The front porch spans the full width of the house and overlooks the peaceful neighborhood street. There are numerous board/card games to play on a rainy day, or if you want to lay-low with a move night (YouTubeTV included, along with all streaming app capabilities you can log into)

The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, pots & pans, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, and coffee maker.

The main bedroom includes a king bed, large closet, dresser, nightstand, multiple windows facing the East to make your mornings beautifully calm and bright. We have two lamps for night reading, an ironing board located in the closet,

The second bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed, a dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and a separate AC unit (if needed) to keep the room cool on those hot summer nights.

The bathroom includes a tub with two shower heads (overhead/detachable), stocked with shampoo, soap, first aid remedies, and plenty of cleaning supplies.

The home features hardwood floors throughout first and second floor with tile in the bathroom. Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, central heat/A/C, built-in USB chargers in the studio/office space for all your devices, and the original charm of one of few Lakewood's Historic Homes built in 1897.

Guests also have access to the fully furnished detached studio/office. High-speed WIFI is included, password provided when you check in.

Driveway (2 car maximum) and street parking available.

To ensure safety of the home and guests, a motion-censored/video security system (Ring) doorbell and floodlight are installed in the front and back-doors of the house that operate 24/7.
