The Cle Retreat is located on the 1st floor of the house with 1 private entrance through the front door of the house. Upon entrance guests will find a full-size dining table and chairs to host a dinner party if they want! The apartment offers a large spacious kitchen equipped with a full-size oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster oven. In addition to the kitchen appliances, the cabinets & drawers are stocked with various cooking tools, dishware, & utensils.

Bathroom Highlights:
Off the kitchen guests will find the bathroom that offers a full-size shower stall and plenty of hot water. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but functional for your bathroom needs.

Bedroom Highlights:
Off the family room is the single bedroom that features a plush bamboo memory foam queen mattress decorated with large goose down pillows. The bedroom features a sweet little reading nook, a clothing rack with hangers, an iron & ironing board. At the base of the bed is a flat screen television that offers free Netflix on a private wireless network & Roku for logging into other channels such as HBO or Hulu.

Family Room Highlights:
The family room offers a queen pullout sofa that can comfortably sleep 2 extra people. We also offer a flat screen Roku TV where guests can access their Netflix or other network accounts on a private wireless network. In the corner of the room guests will find a sweet tin top table for those that need to get work done. Lastly, the entire apartment is equipped with its own central furnace & window A/C units that are under the control of the guest.

Yard/Parking Highlights:
The retreat is located on a large unfenced property that offers a large grassy backyard for guests with small children who want to safely run around & get some fresh air. Lastly, the retreat offers one free private parking on the premises that is under 24hour camera surveillance, which is ideal for guests traveling with a fully packed vehicle. The retreat is located in a very safe family friendly neighborhood with the police station located one street over.

PETS: Pets are allowed with the additional cost of $15 per pet - per night. Limited to 3 pets per stay.
