Regarding the hot tub, it was thoroughly checked before your arrival, and everything was in proper working order. Unfortunately, we discovered a leak after your departure, which caused the water level to drop, affecting its ability to heat. The issue has since been fully addressed and resolved. We perform routine maintenance on the hot tub several times a week to ensure it is always at optimal performance. We did give you a partial refund for the inconvenience. Our check-out process is designed to be simple: place used towels on the bathroom floor, clean up after yourselves, lock all windows and doors, and sort garbage into the appropriate bins. Unlike hotels, preparing an entire home between guests requires more time, and the 10 AM check-out allows us to provide a clean and welcoming space for the next arrival.
