But you can also enjoy them in the plushly furnished living room (or the main bedroom with a connection to the balcony) while enjoying the relief from central air-conditioning at the same time. If you're just coming back from the beach, enjoy cooking up something delicious in the full kitchen, featuring a French door fridge, a wine fridge, a prep island, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The family-friendly layout of the whole space will please sand castle builders of every age. As guests of this condo, enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool and tennis court! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
