Located in the quaint town of Ponce Inlet, this three-bedroom, two-bath home is inspired by New England seaside living. Designed by an award-winning design firm, the home is lofty and emphasizes indoor/outdoor living at its best! The house is secluded and just a short stroll to fun in the sun at the beach, paddle-boarding or fishing in the Halifax River and exploring the historic lighthouse and museum. Walk, bike or drive the golf cart to enjoy beautiful sunsets at several nearby waterfront restaurants.. This house is the talk of Ponce Inlet…a must see!!

Relaxing house

This is a perfect house for a quiet get away. The use of the golf cart is an excellent addition for access to the beach, and to get around to the little restaurants. The host is very easy to communicate with and is very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home in Ponce Inlet. Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with great restaurants nearby. Our host made us feel right at home and had all the beach toys available for us. I will definitely stay here again.

Modern beach oasis

This is my second time renting the house and we had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and beautifully designed and furnished. You also can’t beat the location just blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect Winter Getaway

My wife and I were fortunate enough to secure a month-long reservation at this outstanding property and it exceeded all our expectations ! Our host was extremely responsive to questions regarding her home, and proactively provided many excellent suggestions regarding the charming community and the surrounding area. Check in was a breeze and we found the manual provided in advance of arrival quite useful. The photos on the website are lovely and accurate but do not fully capture the home’s size, quality, fittings and furnishings. We were pleased to discover ample amounts of all day-to-day supplies, as well a beautifully designed kitchen equipped with a full range of excellent appliances and cooking implements. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were spacious, well designed and furnished, and in pristine condition. The WIFI was more than adequate to operate the multiple devices of 4 adults, in addition to streaming channels on the Smart TV. I should mention that the lawn and gardens surrounding the house are both exquisite and immaculately maintained. Perhaps most importantly, the property is located in the heart of a small, safe, picturesque town with several beaches and restaurants within walking distance. We spent many hours exploring the community and met many of the locals, all of whom were very welcoming and helpful. This was easily and by far the best Winter vacation we’ve ever experienced !

Beautiful property

A perfect home, a great family vacation. We used the bikes for a relaxing ride around the area and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. We hope to come back again.

Lovely home in a fabulous location!

Ponce Inlet is a fantastic community tucked away on the end of the barrier island; the area is great for walking and bicycling. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunrises walking along the beach and beautiful sunsets at the nearby waterfront restaurants. The lighthouse, surrounding park, and jetty were fun to explore. The neighborhood is very quiet which was perfect for working remotely. The home is very clean, well stocked, and has all the amenities you might need. Everything is new and of high quality. The layout is great with a wonderful open feeling. There’s a private back patio with gas grill. Janice is a wonderful hostess; very responsive and able to accommodate our travel schedule. We highly recommend this home and hope to be back again!

Gem, for real.

This is a unique and beautiful property, building and grounds. It is supplied with practically anything one could want to make for a comfortable and carefree stay. Janice is quick to respond to any questions in a most friendly way-- an ideal host. The pics and descriptions barely do this property justice. Highly recommend this "gem."

Will Stay Here Again

What can I say...Great home, location and host. The house is as described and then some. A true architectural gem tucked away amongst beautiful mature landscaping within a short golf cart/bike ride to the beach. We will be back!

Beautiful home in a lovely location

We spent Spring Break 2022 in this beautiful modern home as it was a quick walk to a friends house nearby. Once we were inside we were thrilled at how comfortable the furniture and beds were but also the amenities that were offered. Typically when we rent a house I always have to remind myself to bring my sweetener packets but this house had them right in the drawer below the coffee machine! Might not sound like a big deal but it was obvious that these owners took pride in what we had access to. The golf cart was so much fun to drive around to the many restaurants and the beach nearby. I highly recommend this house for anyone! We will definitely be back.
