Accommodation

🏡 Le Cocon Bourguignon is a warm, modern, fully renovated 25 m² studio. This small maisonnette is set in the grounds of our residence, but you can access it independently and have the whole accommodation at your disposal, designed to preserve your privacy.

🚗 A private, secure parking space in the courtyard is provided so you can park your vehicle.
🛌 For sleep and rest, you benefit from a comfortable 140 x 190 cm bed (bed linen provided).
🛋️ A living area with a bar and a fully-equipped kitchen will also allow you to enjoy good times sharing with or without smart TV, as you please. A Tassimo coffee machine is also available.
🚿 A splendid bathroom adorned with travertine stones and equipped with a spacious shower promises you a moment of absolute relaxation (towels and soap provided).
❄️🔥 The state-of-the-art reversible air conditioning installed in the accommodation will be your best friend, in summer or winter depending on your needs.

🥞 Breakfast, brunch and aperitif at extra cost.

🐶 If you would like to come with a pet, please send us a request by message, indicating the type of animal and the breed.

Access
🔑 When you arrive (from 4pm) and then when you leave (until 11am MAXIMUM), you are autonomous thanks to a secure key box that allows you to enter and leave the accommodation as you please.

Because we want to offer you a complete experience, we offer a sweet or savoury breakfast or a mix of the two in the form of a brunch, at your convenience.
