#1: All Locals must communicate with us before booking.
#2: All persons will follow and respect all guidelines listed in the house rules. You can find the house rules in the listing.
#3: This is a self check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that your being provided by VRBO through either the house manual or the check-in guide. You can find the house manual next to the welcome binder once you walk in the property.
#4: You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host before reading your house manual.
#5: There is a $300 per day smoking fee if smoking anywhere but the designated smoking area. There is a $100 Late check-out fee if your check-out is unauthorized.
#6: You agree that you are booking in goodwill, with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts’ business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or the hosts in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose a resolution so you are now waiting your right to a trial if we sue you and if we sue you and this has to go to trial for any reason you agree to pay all court costs, etc.
#7: Occupancy inside or outside the property cannot exceed 8 persons! Unless communicated otherwise through message on this VRBO platform with your host.
No smoking inside the house, no parties, no pets . There is a smoking designated area in the front patio. Must empty out fridge completely. Only the 4 ice packs should be in there when checking out please and condiments provided.

- If house needs extra cleaning, due to an enormous amount of mess, cleaning fee will be doubled!. -Pool net must be put on if it is not put back before check out, there will be a penalty of $100.
-BBQ if used , must be cleaned, cooled off and covered and always put in the lanai ( the screened off area) to avoid a charge.
- If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for a fee , kindly ask. Fees vary depending on duration of stay.and Themed parks!
