Callie's Vacation Villa – kick back and relax in this Private Family Friendly home with an inground saltwater pool, fully covered lanai, and fenced in yard.

Located right outside of Tampa, within Jasmine Estates in Port Richey. This home accommodates 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, vibed with a loving beach feel. Dine outside in the screened in patio lanai steps away from the pool area with a Dolphin pool fountain.

Many supermarkets and shopping nearby. 39 minutes to Tampa airport, 15 minutes to Gulf beaches, 20 Mins to Tarpon Springs (my favorite), 5 minutes to Sims Park and downtown New Port Richey, 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, 8 minutes to Congo River Mini Golf. Dolphins and gorgeous sunsets at nearby Hudson beach, 31 Miles to famous Clearwater Beach, and so many more things to do!

The living room offering large tv with XUMO cable and a queen-size pull-out couch. Kitchen and dining complete with basic appliances and essentials. Keurig coffee pot provided with a ground coffee brewer and single cup serving. Air fryer and rice cooker provided for convenience. Additional seating area offering board games and puzzles.

King size bed offered in one Bedroom with ample closet space and a TV; there is a desk provided as a private workspace. Queen size bed offered in the second bedroom with ample closet space and a TV.
High-speed WIFI, indoor washer and dryer, body wash, shampoo, dish soap for your use. Foosball table for entertainment. Main bathroom and kitchen offer natural light with the skylights.
