This is an exclusive lakefront town home, that gives you your own gulf coast hideaway, with easy access to the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Situated around Lake Stewart you will have a great view from this ground floor entry home. You will be just a short walk to the Whale’s Tail, beach, and the lakefront pool. This is a one bedroom condo/villa that features a king in the master bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa. This home can accommodate up to 4 guests. Great View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo exceeded my expectations! I did not expect so much space.My only complaint is that the air vents in both upstairs bedrooms make a noise that sounds like something is trapped. It is very distracting when trying to sleep.

Beautiful Lakefront View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reservation, staff, Email, Phone, all communication was great. Easy to find. Loved the lake as I was able to do some fishing. I do have a problem with a few thing about the unit. I think the unit needs to be inspected by the management. 1. Furniture in picture is not what we had. One blue couch and a wicker chair that had no cushions. This unit smelled. Master bedroom had 3 light switches that controlled nothing. Could not get the ceiling fan to come on. Tv Directions are not accurate. I cleaned the Back porch(water bottles and trash, swept and cleaned the cushions before we could enjoy. Shower head needs work. I have stayed in this facility before a few times and things were outstanding. I guess no on well maintained. Location was great and able to go to great places. Management Great customer service. would not recommend this one but others we stayed before yes.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Seascape Resort, and the lakefront is a beautiful area. However, our unit was in such dismal disrepair it should never have been rented out. Especially at full price!! Too many items to mention were dysfunctional and it was not even fully furnished. The management did what they could to work with us, but is was not enough.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean. We found a needle, rock, eye drops container, and hair pieces in the bedroom. The bathtub was dirty. The dishwasher was torn up and had a foul odor. The rug and carpet were very stained.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So disappointed. This unit is in bad shape. The picture is deceiving. There is actually only one blue couch in there and it is in bad shape. Not two leather couches. It was so dirty. Rust on outside of frig. Pet hair all over rug. Dishes dirty. Utensils, pots, etc unusable. Broken dishwasher. Washing machine is very loud like something is wrong. We called and were told by Seascape that work orders were put in but no one ever came out to clean or fix anything. All they refunded us was the cleaning fee. I can’t believe no one came out to fix anything. So disappointed when they charge you all these extra fees on top of the rental fee. The noise when someone is upstairs is terrible. So loud.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older look and feel; kitchenware could be better, but we were right across the street from the beach and a great location in Miramar. Very reasonably priced. Property was nice for walking. Glad during our 6 night stay only one night was there anyone directly above us as you could hear them.

Also, important to me is the seascape staff is always extremely helpful and courteous. There were some maintenance issues with this unit that I did report (after we checked out). They were minor and did not impact our experience. This condo is in a great location and served our purpose very well. I will say that it does need a little TLC and updating and maybe some new dishes, etc. With that being said, I would stay there again tomorrow!
