Welcome to Maravilla, this is where memories are made that will last a life time. We have the perfect getaway waiting you and your family. Come leave your worries behind and enjoy all that Maravilla has to offer. It has 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basket ball, beach volleyball and a fitness room. Private Beach with 2 chairs and umbrella put up for you every day in season.

This is a ground floor unit that is beautifully decorated pet friendly with washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedroom/ 2 baths with a pull out queen sofa bed. This is a non smoking unit, 1 king bed, 1 Queen Bed in the guest bedroom. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and wireless internet included. Walk out your patio doors; you are steps from the pool, grills and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Owner reserves the right to require Saturday to Saturday rentals only during high season

Nice Condo

Our 7 day stay was very nice. The condo is a little outdated but its got everthing you need. We go there to enjoy the beach, pool and outdoors. The only advice I would give is update the coffee maker, and leave a few more towels. Other than that I have to say it was a great location and very reasonable. We will stay again!! Thanks for a great week. Patti Strang

Disappointed

Disappointed that this unit was not clean, everything is outdated, towels were awful and needed replaced, a very large stain on the mattress and most disappointing is the unit was full of cockroaches. Enough said!

Great location but very dated!

This is ocean front and a great location. However, the place was so outdated and not very clean. We didn’t even use one of the showers. The washer had so much mold that the smell knocks you down when you open the laundry room door. The outside light over the door wasn’t working so we had to use a flashlight to get in the condo. I would not stay here again.

Perfect condo with an amazing location

This condo was perfect for our family and first time traveling with our fur baby. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and conveniently located to everything. It was stocked with all the necessities and then some. The beds and couches were all comfy. We’d definitely return here in the future.

Clean-nicely placed unit but terrible bedding, poor amenities, and need for renovation.

Awful bedding-needs new sheets, mattress cover, pillows,,and towels. Needs proper supplies to include paper towels, toilet paper,dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc,etc. all were scant and extras needed to be bought. Unit was clean but needs complete renovation. We have stayed in Maravilla 4 times before because it’s dog friendly and liked the ground floor unit this time but this unit is the worst of the previously stayed in apartments because of the previously mentioned comments!!

Great location if you want to be near the beach.. the best.

Very nice condo - loved the location and all dogs and pets walking by... ... lots of rules and requests in rental agreement and some lights out, etc. that hopefully they will fix. Overall, nice condo can't beat the location!

Nothing spectacular

The location of this unit is wonderful. Close to the pool and directly across from the beach. The beds are comfy. The cleanliness of the unit left a great deal to be desired. I don’t believe that the baseboards or grout have been cleaned in years. The owner would be wise to invest in all new flooring as well as new bathrooms. The shower head in the master seems to be from the original build. There was not one hanger in the unit. The second bedroom doesn’t even have a closet. If you’re going to grill out bring your own spatula. The only one provided is plastic. Much nicer units are available at Maravilla.

Great Ground Floor Getaway!!

The location of the condo was perfect...a few steps to the pool, a few steps to the grills, and a few steps to the gate leading to the beautiful white, soft sandy beaches! The unit was furnished with everything you might need or want during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit and can think of no reason why you would not feel the same way!

Our own piece paradise

Working with Becki was easy. Everything was as it was listed. Great location to the pools and the beach (which was my Paradise). I can say it was the first of many vacations to this area.

Our Favorite pet friendly Destin Condo

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this clean, comfortable condo. It is just across a non-busy street from the beach and allows us to bring our small poodle. Becky is wonderful to work with and makes sure our experience is perfect.

Cute place to stay in Miramar Beach

We really enjoyed our recent stay here. Great place across the road from the beach. Temperature was a bit chilly for Florida when we were there but we still had a wonderful time. Pet friendly which was really nice for our tiny Yorkie dog (Charlie Boy). Favorite part was our corner outdoor patio which gave us panorama view of the ocean. Short walk to Capt Dave's Fish House our favorite place to eat. Sunset views at night so beautiful. Great folks to work with. Nice clean place. Washer and dryer are new and full size for washing towels quickly. Will come back again. Thanks so much! Cathy and Steve and Charlie Boy.

Fabulous Stay!

What a great condo. Ground floor, sliding glass doors to the outside from the master bedroom and the living room. Pool directly to your left and beach mere feet away straight ahead. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a beach break. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!!

Great location, nice furnishings. My wife and I along with our two Yorkies enjoyed our stay!

The location of the Condo was excellent for us, close to the pool and the beach. Pet friendly, great furnishings, we would absolutely return to this location. Becki Downs our local contact was extremely helpful. 5 stars!!

Close to beach access and swimming pool.

Although it's close to beach access and swimming pool, there is lots of foot traffic outside the unit, so can't sit outside and just enjoy reading a book, but it's helpful if you have a dog that needs to go out. The kitchen is a tight fit, but everything worked fine.There were a few things broken in the unit i.e. fan made a clinking noise when it was on, bottom shelf in fridge fell off easily. The main bedroom king size bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms nice. AC and washer/ dryer worked well. Overall positive experience. We enjoy the tennis courts and shuffle board at this property. along with the beach board walk. The beach is very close to the room. Loved having the complimentary chairs and umbrella every day. Would go back.

Perfect Location!!

The location of the condo is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Shorter walk to the pool. We arrived and the condo was in perfect shape. We used the patio everyday for breakfast and lunch. Quick turn around on the deposit. We recieved it within a week of checking out. We will keep this condo in mind the next time we are in town. We where able to walk to several resturants such as the Crab Trap, Pompano Joes, etc.

This is my second stay in this condo. It is so easy to access. The furnishings are excellent and comfortable. I do prefer all tile floors more than carpet. I love Maravilla and the pet friendliness.

Great Condo, Perfect for Pet Owners!

We have stayed at Maravilla Resort two years in a row now and we love it. The resort is clean, well maintained, with two nice pools and a wonderful walk/bike path that runs right in front of the condos. Since the condo is on the ground level, it was perfect for walking our dog. Couldn't have been more convenient. It was convenient to many restaurant's and not far from the grocery store. The condo itself was very clean. My first impression was how clean it smelled. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen, well stocked. They even supplied a start of paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergent, dish washing liquid, etc. The location of this condo was very convenient to the pool and to beach access. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the activity in the complex, people meeting out front with their dogs, getting acquainted, and we had a great view of the pool area, as well. You could walk easily to Pompano Joe's restaurant, if you were so inclined. Becki was very easy to deal with and very quick to respond to all of our questions regarding the condo. We received our deposit back within a little over a week of our return. We love Destin and cannot wait to go back.
