2 bedroom Townhouse in Tyrolean Village
Enjoy your stay at the Alpine Modern Style Hexagon Townhouse located in Tyrolean Village about ½ mile walk from the Village. This recently remodeled mid-century modern condo is surrounded by pine trees and is within 1 mile of Canyon and Eagle Lodge. Dog Friendly, absolutely no cats allowed due to owner allergies. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. In addition a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog will be charged, if bringing a dog along you must let management know ahead of time.
The 1100 sf 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is contemporary mountain style with high vaulted ceilings, oak hardwood floors, stone wall interior, bright décor and expansive south facing windows. The lighting in every room is updated and ambient lighting complements the functional fixtures. It’s a 2 story townhouse, you enter in a hall , 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom is decorated with modern fabrics, in fun and bright colors and patterns and has a new comfortable mattress and a flat panel smart Wi-Fi enabled TV. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle bed. The bathroom on the lower floor has shower and large soaking tub, both bathrooms have quartz countertops with modern tile design and heated tile floors.
Upstairs is the living area with an open kitchen and natural sun streaming in from the skylight above. Everything has been renovated and upgraded: Quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a quiet dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped: electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, electric kettle, some basic supplies and spices.
The living room has a large flat-screen TV, smart and Wi-Fi enabled, cable TV and a blu-ray / DVD Player. Netflix and Amazon Prime will play on the system. The wood burning stove will be a cozy feature when the weather gets cold. A supply of firewood is stacked next to the wood stove and additional logs are available on the lower patio.
The balcony has a BBQ and comfortable hanging chair to enjoy fresh mountain air. Enjoy the view of the mountain peaking through the tall trees and relax on the balcony after a day in the Sierras.
The downstairs front bedroom has a closet with a Washer and Dryer for your use. There are plenty of blankets and pillows. And we have 2 humidifiers to help with the dry mountain air. Wi-Fi is fast, and Parking only steps away. 2 Parking permits are available, If it is full you can park at the overflow lot nearby- details available after booking.
You have full access to the condo with check-in via a lock box. There is a lockable ski storage at the entry where you should leave your gear to not damage the walls in the hall.
The Condo is non-smoking and dog-friendly. We limit it to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pet-fee of $100 each/stay. Please don’t leave barking dogs home alone and clean up after your pets. No unleashed pets within the grounds.
Our Property is a rental to those who are 25+ years. We prefer to rent our condo to small families, couples and mature adults.
There is a security deposit of $1000, which will be refunded promptly if there are no issues.
The Condo is a 10 min walk or short drive to the Village Restaurants and shops. The bike path is directly behind the complex, taking you to Lakes basin or the town trails.
The Eastern Sierra provides a magnificent backdrop of all kinds of outdoor activities: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Skiing and Snowboarding, Cross-country skiing, Golf and more. Mammoth Lakes is located 40 miles south of the Western entrance to Yosemite.
Tyrolean Village is located on the yellow bus line, and pink night bus line. The bus stop is only a few steps away from the Condo. The shuttle will take you to the Village/Gondola, the town or Eagle Lodge.
2 Parking permits are available, but during winter season only 1 car can be parked along Kelley Road. The second car can be parked at the overflow lot nearby- details available after booking.
*Please, NO dogs should ever be left alone roaming through the house, or locked in the bedrooms unaccompanied. We do provide a crate that can be used if needed. If we happen to see damages from pets, we will deduct money from security deposits for any repairs.
We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #9043-0001 with the Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.
