COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Courtyard w/ restaurants, shops, live music & events
MAIN CONDO FEATURES: Private balcony w/ seating, Two Roku 55" Smart TVs
KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped, coffee maker, dishware/flatware for simple meals
GENERAL: Central air conditioning & heating, complimentary toiletries, beach towels/chairs, linens/towels, beach towels, washer/dryer (shared with other units), hair dryer, iron/ironing board, laundry detergent, trash bags/paper towels
FAQ: Step-free access (elevator to 2nd -floor unit). Please note that the bathtub in our condo has a few steps to get in. We want to make sure all our guests are comfortable and able to use the bathtub safely
PARKING: Free Dedicated underground parking , additional outside parking (first-come, first-served)

* Guests have access to shops and restaurants at the ground level.
* Please note there is a key fob for the guest to have access to the elevator. In case of lost the key fob, the guest will be charged $50.00 fee.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect, the house was very clean, smelled nice, and organized. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend.

Location was perfect

Location was great and room was excellent. They had several activities and live music while I was there. Seems like a great place! We had a drink at one of the bars and dinner at another bar. Had a great time!

Great Stay/Great Location

Although it was a short stay we really enjoyed this property and the European Village. It is a very unique and fun location really feels like you are in Europe. Our room overlooked the courtyard that overlooks the restaurants below and a great place to people watch. In the evening there is live music which adds to the experience. The variety and quality of the restaurants makes it a perfect place to stay. Our property was roomy, clean and well laid out. We simply loved it.

Great resort at a great rate

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the European village. The room was large and very clean everything was absolutely wonderful. The check in process was a breeze and honestly I wish it was this way for every hotel and resort. My family absolutely loved the shops and restaurants there the food was delicious. This weekend was my daughters 11th birthday and we had a lacrosse tournament in the area (she loves resorts and hotels😁) so this was part of her birthday present. The location was just a few minutes from the lacrosse fields which made a very easy weekend for getting to and from the fields. Overall I was more than pleased with our stay and since twice a year my kids have lacrosse tournaments in palm coast I will be looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Great vacation

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. It was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The walkway along the river was wonderful. The host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent room and hospitality

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay. Cute balcony. Detailed instructions on how to access the site. Great location if you like live music. There was a farmers market on Sunday morning. It was so nice. The host was SUPER easy to get ahold of. 10/10.

We arrived late, around 10:30 pm to find the house not cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty towels etc.

Absolute terrible experience. We slept in dirty beds! Gross. On top of that the place was awful.

European Village

The apartment was very clean. Very spacious. We loved the balcony and Court yard. The only issue we had was a next door neighbor who was very loud or drunk in the hall yelling @ the washing machine. We were on a mini vacation from work, good location & relaxing. Only FYI the stores & restaurants are not open on Monday. 5 star trip. Will go again

No hot water

There was no hot water when we attempted to shower. Tried via VRBO messages, text and left a voicemail but received no help. The only communication was if we wanted extra days

Wonderful Getaway

Everything listed is exactly as is. Condo is the perfect size with everything you need. It was easy to communicate with Aruna, she responded to any inquiries quickly. One thing to note about the location is that most of everything in European Village is closed in the A.M. and most restaurants close early. The beaches are a short drive & if you want a special treat go to Silver Glen Springs & St. Augustine. It is worth the trip. This location is just over an hour from Sanford airport & it is an easy drive to & from. Suggestion would be to stop at a local pharmacy or supermarket before going to the condo & purchase items such as water, snacks, etc. There is no place that serves breakfast at the village. You will have everything you need to cook if you want to as well. You would not be disappointed in renting this property, the location & ease of being able to communicate with the owner is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay Aruna!

Comfortable stay

Very good communication with host. Unit is in good location with good restaurants on property and many more to select from nearby. Spacious bedroom had comfortable beds. The tv selection of streaming channels with Roku was excellent!

Perfect location to visit family

Close to our family in Palm coast. Also when we told everyone wehere we had stayed they knew exactly where. It was great. Didn't have to even leave for food or drinks. Quiet and friendly.
