Located just 30 minutes drive from the Eiffel Tower, this home combines space and tranquility for your stays with family or friends.

To provide you with the warmest welcome, we have chosen to cover ourselves and include both exit-cleaning and linens in your stay.

4. Premium Services: Free private secure parking (3 spaces within the property) with an EV charging station. Thoughtful decor, quality bedding and well equiped laundry room. Linens and exit cleaning are included for impeccable cleanliness. Optional mid-stay cleaning and linen change are available upon request (additional fees apply).

The house is intelligently designed across four levels to ensure effortless flow and absolute privacy for every guest:

Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed + single bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4 (Suite): Double bed, private ensuite bathroom, and private terrace.
Bedroom 5: Double bed + single bed and garden-view terrace.
Additional: A double sofa bed in the living area and a baby cot available upon request.

Note: Several double beds can be configured as twins to suit your needs. The villa comfortably hosts 12 guests and can accomodate up to 14 for occasional stays.

To ensure a seamless experience, we have opted for a "Simplified Pricing" model. The rate you see is the final price: we personally cover the service fees : professional end-of-stay cleaning as well as linens are already included. No hidden costs, no surprises at checkout.

Extended stays
We believe our villa is best enjoyed at a slower pace. To encourage longer, more relaxing visits, we offer an automatic discount for stays of 7 nights or more. This is our way of welcoming families and groups who wish to make our home their own for a week or longer.

Summer and End of Year celebrations are a sought-after season for us in the Paris area. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred dates and take advantage of our best seasonal rates.
