Welcome to Happy Haven, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy condo located in The Rockies complex of Steamboat Springs! On the ground level, this unit has all the conveniences you would want for a stay summer or winter in Steamboat. Heated communal pool and hot tubs, exercise room, ping pong table and laundry facilities are all available for your use while staying at Happy Haven!

Walk into the property to the living space, with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, facing the TV with views out the sliding glass doors. Those working in the kitchen can be a part of the conversation with the open breakfast bar looking into the living area. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV and humidifier for comfortable sleeping. Conveniences such as built in cabinets in the living space and in the kitchen make organization a breeze while staying in this unit. Ski storage in a locker right outside the front door keeps your gear out of the condo and neat and tidy. The free city bus route goes right by this complex, taking you to the ski area. Just a 5 minute walk to take bus to downtown for dinner and entertainment. For a clean, comfortable spot to call home during your visit to Steamboat Springs, book Happy Haven!

Parking is not assigned in the parking lot. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. No Trailers or RV's allowed!!

**Due to insurance regulations, gas grills are no longer allowed at this property.** Communal Gas Grills and outdoor tables are offered next to Laundry Facility.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Great communication and well set up space. I really appreciated the ability to enter early when I unexpected got there early. The ski locker and access to the bus were both really nice. The kitchen was well set up and clear easy instructions for the hot tub were appreciated. The only thing to comment on is that the lock for ski locker was difficult to operate and very finicky

Wonderful place

A bit of a walk to the hill but doable, we loved our stay here. Perfect and roomy for 2. Comfortable bed and loved that it was on the first floor. Easy parking and nicely updated, loved the hot shower after skiing!

An older property but is comfortable and has everything you need. It is conveniently located close to the shuttle bus stop, parking is not allocated but there was always a space close to the condo. Nice and clean when we arrived.Heating was a little erratic.

Everything was as described, and better! Regular updates from the property manager allowed us to check in early, and made sure any questions we had were answered. Everything you need for a nice little stay in Steamboat.

Convenient & Quiet

Cozy, quiet, and comfortable condo with an update kitchen and bath. Easy access to the bus. Good hot tubs and a heated pool. The only bummer was the gas fireplace stopped working during our stay, which caused a lot of cold air to draft into the room. Other than this issue, it was a great condo.

The unit was cleaned but needing repairs and updates. Broken closet doors, broken outlets, cabinet doors barely hanging on. The tv was barely hang on the wall in the living room. The heating units were all off and you had to turn it to over 80 to get 70 degree room up to 70???

Although the unit had been ā€œpreparedā€ for our stay, there was a lot to be attended to. The carpeting in the unit looks like it is 20 years old and had NEVER been cleaned. I hate to think of what is living in it. If you plan on cooking, forget it. Cheap, unhealthy utensils and the most minimal dish wareā€¦making it necessary to run the dish washer after every single meal. There is a ā€œguest closetā€™ but it is so full of stuff itā€™s nearly impossible to use. Parking was difficult and the remodeling project in the unit next door made it impossible to enjoy any silence and peace. The location is nicely, close to the bus route. This unit is old, furniture is worn, kitchen is impossible. The bathroom has been updated and the bed was comfortable enough. Communication with the management company was good. All in all I would not stay in this particular unit again.
