The restful main bedroom, featuring a cozy queen-size bed, promises deep slumbers under the mountain stars. For those who require a mix of work and play, the adjacent den serves as both a quiet workstation and a comfortable sleeping nook, thanks to the easily accessible queen-size murphy bed.



While the decorative fireplace doesn’t offer warmth, its ambiance certainly ignites a cozy feel, perfect for those cooler mountain evenings. An in-unit washer and dryer cater to your convenience, ensuring you’re always ready for the next day's escapades.

Guest Access:

Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Wash and Dryer are in the unit, you are welcome to use. Parking is free and available on side and back of building.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is perfectly nestled between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the base of the ski mountain. Unwind in a residential area and recharge for your next mountain adventure!



Getting Around:

Free Steamboat shuttle nearby that will take you to the base of the Ski Mountain and Downtown Steamboat!



Other Things to Note:

This home has a balcony that offers great views of the olympic ski jump and is perfect for sunsets. Relax, grab a glass of wine, enjoy.



The fireplace is decorative because there is no permit in place for this, the city is not issuing permits and the vent has been permanently shut.
