Booking Policies & Guidelines
​To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please note the following:
• ​Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests per reservation.
• ​Parking & Vessels: 1 vehicle and 1 vessel permitted per reservation.
◦ ​Vessel restrictions: 22' maximum length. Vessels must fit entirely within the property boundary and must be verified prior to booking. Vessels are not permitted on holiday weekends.
◦ ​Additional vehicles: May be subject to park fees as outlined in the campground rules.
• ​Stay Requirements: 48 hours required between bookings. A 3-night minimum stay applies to all holidays and the popular Lobster Mini Season.
