Key Largo Tropical Oasis

This is a 40' Travel Trailer located within a Bayside community in Key Largo, Florida. It has a master bedroom with roku TV and a king-size bed. There is another roku TV in the living room with surround sound stereo. This unit has a dedicated WIFI service. WIFI hotspots are also available in the community.

This trailer has an additional guest bedroom with bunk beds. 2 adults fit comfortably in lower bunks. The top bunks are for children only. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, pots and pans, and tableware. There is a fish cleaning stainless steel table outside for your convenience. There is space on the lot to park your boat (boats only 18' and under, width of parking spot is approx 9'. Please check prior to make sure it fits on the lot as it is a requirement, if it does not fit, the association will not allow entry). A gas grill and/or charcoal grill are available for your use.

This is a family-friendly gated community with 24-hour security with private boat ramp, updated playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a large, heated pool with beautiful views of the bay. Laundry rooms are available steps away from this unit. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the Florida Keys. This lot is located less than 2 miles from John Pennekamp State Park, where there are boat/kayak rentals, snorkeling/scuba trips, and glass bottom boat tours. It is also located within walking distance to grocery stores, libraries, pharmacies, and restaurants. Please call or email for more information.

Vessel Must fit on lot, please check prior. Additional vehicle may be subject to park fees. No more than 4 adults 2 children allowed per reservation. (max total 6) Campground has additional schedule of fees posted on this website under Rules and policies.

Calusa Campground stay

Lovely sunset spot and nice poolside ambience. Easy place to put in and paddle a kayak. Very close to area attractions. Neat and tidy camper, perfect for two people. Nice outdoor space to hang out.

Great vacation

This camper is a good size with an outdoor seating area. The king size bed is comfortable. The hot water never ran out. The ac kept it very cool. The host made everything seemless. Great vacation.

Beautiful sunsets

Enjoyed our stay and especially the awning to protect us from the sun. Some places are screeded in which would be nice after sunset but then you would also lose the breeze! Amazing sunsets since we were on the bay side. We brought our own zero gravity chairs which we also took to the pool as the furniture there is hard plastic. It's a bit noisy on the weekends but earplugs for sleeping worked nicely!

Th we host had not sent me an email stating there was a lock box for the key.. her email said it was at the office.. the office did not have a key and had to call host to find out where key was.. then I had to call host to get theock box code.. other than that it was a nice,clean,fun place..

Nice Trailer, Very Strict Community Rules

The trailer was very nice and clean. AC was cold. There was a nice bathroom and shower facility across the road from the trailer. That was also very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying in the trailer, but there were additional community rules and fees that were not listed in the description. The gate guards often gave us a hard time and threatened to tow the additional car we had. Here are some of the rules and additional fees so you are aware: -only 1 car per trailer included. Each additional car must pay $10 per day. -only 2 people per trailer included. Each additional person has to pay $10 per day. -only 1 boat allowed per trailer. -you HAVE to park the boat at the trailer, not in the boat storage lots. They would not allow us to use any of the other lots shown in the pictures. (Even though they were empty.) -Once you put your boat in the water, you cannot park the truck/boat trailer next to the ramp. You have to drive it back to your trailer and walk back to the boat ramp. -Also no overnight docking. So each time we had to put the boat in the water then remove at the end of the day. Not the worst, but annoying when it was advertised that there was dockage available.

Iā€™d stay here again!

Checkin process was easy and you are given a car pass so you can come and go during all Hours through the front gate that is attended. Extremely quiet location as I didnā€™t hear anyone early in the morning or during the evenings as I was out and about during the day. Place was clean, all appliances worked and A/C kept it cool. Location is perfect and host answers my question about the tv which worked just fine.

Perfect place in key largo if you're just looking for a clean place to crash and shower

Nice place to crash and shower if you're off all day on an adventure. Went scuba diving and Deep sea fishing. Nice fillet station in back of the camper. This is a mobile home community with security at the gate......

I guess I didn't pay so much attention as I should have because this trailer was smaller than I thought. But it worked for the 2 of us ok...price was right. Park was clean and everyone was friendly. Owners good to work with when we had a couple of small issues. Had a great month!!!

Me and my wife , we stayed there 24 days in March 2013 , we appreciated the place and it was quiet. We had everything what we needed . A bus stop near the condo , but it is better to have a car .
