Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants

Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard equipped with a barbecue grill, dinning table, and patio furniture.

In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.

The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.

Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.

The perfect stop on our road trip! The house is very clean, in great condition, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into preparing it for renters. Great neighborhood and we enjoyed our morning walk with our dog to the nearby park. Will definitely stay there again if back in Amarillo!

4th of July getaway

We loved the house. It was so clean and welcoming. It was close to all our planned destinations. Will rent again next time we visit Amarillo.

Wonderful Cottage

We were in town for a convention and looking for a place that would allow our small dog and had a yard with a fence that was good enough to keep it in and this place was just delightful spacious clean, renovated beautifully. The yard was just amazing. we totally enjoyed our time we had a grill. We had patio area that you could close the gate and separate the little dog away from it was just a wonderful experience. Looking forward to staying here again.
Beignet was grateful to be allowed!!

Cozy

The cottage was very clean and bright. Location to everything was convenient. The bed in one of the bedrooms was very soft and my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. If you like soft beds then you’re all set. There was a back shed/ garage on the property but not sure who lived in it.They never bothered us and we never saw anyone so I guess that is perfectly fine. Just want anyone not to be alarmed. All in all it was a great clean and convenient house.

We loved this house for our overnight stay! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything you’d need. Very nice neighborhood and yard set up. Quite comfortable all the way around!

Southern Charm

This is a beautiful home in Amarillo. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and the home is spectacularly clean. We experienced a dose of good ole fashioned Southern Charm. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable stay in Amarillo.

Exceptional place to stay.

The cottage is an extremely nice place. We cooked and had everything in the cozy kitchen we needed except a cookie sheet. Super well stocked and the furnishings and amenities were top drawer. Best place I have rented in a long time. It was snowing so we didn’t use the fire pit, but stayed cozy and warm inside. I will be back!

Always a favorite stay!

We have stayed here before and always love to stop here coming/going when we travel up to Colorado from Austin. The house is always so clean, has all the comforts of home, sweet lil neighborhood. We didn't have our dog with us this time, but we've stayed there before with her and the neighborhood has a great park in walking distance. Great fenced in yard too. Highly recommend!
