Panama City Beach Front View of the Gulf Sea at Tidewater Beach Resort unit 2812. This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master with ocean view and Small Bedroom (was bunk room) with double Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across living room and master bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Recently updated furniture. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee.
NOTE: AGE RESTRICTION OF 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER

Note: You will need to log onto www.TidewaterHoa.com and pre-register for your stay no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP SHINES THROUGH HERE.Believe the reviews!! The pictures are accurate!!Great location! This condo is on the 28th floor which gives you a gorgeous view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. I kept the sliding door open a lot of the time ( the weather in the afternoon allowed for this) just to hear the waves while I read… it was very peaceful.The security set up here makes one feel very safe.The owner, Lois, is PHENOMENAL as a host. Anytime I contacted her through the message system she answered almost immediately. She was very helpful during my stay.The condo itself is beautiful…the furniture is very comfortable, it is beautifully decorated, and there is an adjustable bed!Lois thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay.The one thing that I find very important and shines through here is the cleanliness of the place. I stayed for nine days never once did I have a problem with the Wi-Fi.I already told Lois I want to return soon, I loved it here. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.Thank you Lois. You made my much needed vacation a great one!

This was our second year staying here, and we’re already planning to come back again! The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — especially in the kitchen, which was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. We absolutely loved the stunning view from the 28th floor.The beds are super comfortable, and the showers have great water pressure — small details that make a big difference. The storage locker on the 2nd floor was a total lifesaver and made our beach days so much easier. The beach itself is perfect — clean and never too crowded.We also checked out the new Pirates Voyage show, and it was absolutely amazing — definitely worth seeing! Another big plus is the location — shopping is just a few minutes away, and Marco’s Pizza is right across the street within walking distance, which made meals super convenient.Lois does an incredible job taking care of this place and making sure guests have everything they need. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and can’t wait to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! Watching the fish, dolphins and sea turtle from the balcony was such a treat, and the sunsets and fireworks were beautiful. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for 4 night stay to just “get away”. The condo was very comfortable and we LOVED the remote, adjustable mattress in the master! Plenty of linens/towels and almost anything you would need in the kitchen!! The only reason I did not rate a five star is the temp in the master. The living area a rated much cooler than the bedroom, even keeping curtains closed all day. We enjoy cooler temp when we sleep and this wasn’t obtainable. Otherwise, we had no complaints. Great unit!!! Communication with owner was on point as well.

Unit was great. Clean, stocked with essentials and a STUNNING view. We went during an “off week” so we never had to wait on elevators for more than 2-3 minutes. Hotel amenities were nice. Everything about the room was amazing! The balcony was the best part. We walked a few miles to our favorite coffee shop, The Pour, every morning and it is a beautiful and easy walk. The chairs and umbrella service is a nice thing to have but the company that runs it is AWFUL. We met one of the homeowners from another unit and they were saying how much the owners of the units are not happy with the beach service. They are apparently in a 7 year contract and it is brought up in their HOA meetings but there is nothing they can do since they’re in the contract. So the chairs were nice but beware, you may or may not be able to use the umbrella provided. We weren’t allowed to put up the umbrellas because of the “wind gust” that was there in the morning and gone by 11am- still no umbrellas all day. Every other beach service had theirs up and there were people with personal umbrellas up. The banana boat flag was standing still because there was zero wind gust. (This has nothing to do with this unit or owner- just a warning for the next person to bring their own umbrella in case if happens to you too)Overall, great experience. Responsive host, beautiful unit.

What a view!!! Condo was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect! The beach service was great! Beds are super comfy - kitchen had everything we needed.The unit was amazing. One slight drawback were the elevators. They took forever! Everything else was just amazing!

This property was amazing! The overall experience was a breeze and so fun. The property was beautiful and has an amazing view right on the beach. Lois was very attentive and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The room was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything we could possibly need. We stayed most of our time at the hotel when we wanted to relax and the outside pools were a plus. We would definitely book this room again in the future. We couldnt have asked for a better room and stay for our visit! We didnt need for anything really. Thank you Lois for letting us book with you, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beach escape

We had a planned vacay booked and decided last minute to go a few days earlier. I found this unit on VRBO and booked it. Lois the owner was the ABSOLUTE best to deal with and she is extremely committed to making sure you have a wonderful experience in her unit. I felt the unit was stocked appropriately and I hated that we only spent two days there. Would definitely book with her again! Beautiful little escape to paradise! Also Tidewater itself was full of things for families to do! Food, pools, game room etc!

We took this trip for a reset and refresh, and this location did not disappoint! Exactly as advertised, beautiful views, very clean, updated, and all you could need for a relaxing home away from home. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Can't wait to go back in the future!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location!

The condo is exactly as described with amazing views of the water! Really appreciated how well stocked everything was; plenty of linens, all you need to do laundry, kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils you could need. Appreciated that the pantry also had basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, etc) so we didn't have to buy all those items just to throw them away when we left. Owner provided meticulous details of accessing the various areas; parking, storage locker, unit, pool, etc. If we are ever coming to the area in the future this will definitely be where we stay!

Beautiful, Relaxing vacation

The condo was very nice. The view was outstanding. We enjoyed the beach and found awesome shells. We walked to Pier Park where we shopped and enjoyed a couple of restaurants as well as walked the Pier. From our balcony we were able to see dolphins and pretty sunsets. It was a great vacation!

This property has views forever and ever... you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets year round from the balcony of 2812! The unit has had a nice face lift with lots of new decor and new HVAC and Hot Water Heater so that my guests do not have to worry about having a mechanical problem during their stay. I use a professional cleaning company and all linen in the unit is washed after each stay. I take pride in offering a top notch unit for my guest to enjoy.

Being on the 28th floor provides endless views of the beach, shoreline, and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The glass windows and sliding doors are the height of Penthouse level and create breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The expansive balcony stretches the length of the living room and master bedroom and you will have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There is new poly-wood outdoor furniture on the balcony so that you an sit and take in the beauty you came for!! This unit has all the Kitchen gadgets need to prepare a wonderful meal and a new King mattress for sleeping in comfort. The unit is tucked back away from the main hall so that you are able to get the best privacy avilable at Tidewater. New HVAC and Hot Water Heater provides a decrease in the chances you will have some sort of mechanical inconvenience. Come, Enjoy and Relax at the Beach in this Great Unit!!
