The Space:

This beautifully decorated beachfront condo mirrors the colors of the coast, offering gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. Watch the sunrise each morning on your private balcony, head downstairs to snag a beach chair and an umbrella (free seasonal beach service is provided), and enjoy use of lovely amenities that include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.



Tidewater Beach Resort is a gulf-front property that sits within walking distance of Pier Park, one of the most beloved spots in Panama City Beach with over 100 stores, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and countless other forms of entertainment. Stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier at sunset (three-quarters of a mile east), take a fishing trip with Stingray Fishing Charters, and find fun-filled nightlife at Coyote Ugly, Salty Goat Saloon, or Schooners Last Local Beach Club.



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great. Loved this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was well stocked and decorated beautiful. This was the best place to Celebrate our 35th Wedding anniversary. Will be requesting to stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Clean and convenient

Great location

Great location and clean room. Great view, the worst part was waiting on elevator la and check in a a long process. We were there on a busy holiday weekend so it may be better at off times of the season

Cannot beat the view! Cable in the bedroom did not work but wasn't worth complaining about, we had no issues with the elevators at all! Check in was easy. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at another property before coming to our Condo at Tidewater. We thought our trip was ruined until we came to this property. We had a great time and enjoyed the rest of our vacation.

Summer Vacation

Property was off the water as stated as well as a full ocean view off balcony. Condo was clean and for the most part well equipped. We had a family of 6 so there was not a lot of towels so we had to wash constantly. Please bring beach towels, and extra towels if you dont want to wash. Elevator access was a PAIN!! A round trip from the 17th floor down to ground level and back up will take you about 15-20 min so be prepared and patient. Overall, the property was nice and kept up. There are a lot of different fees like paying VRBO, vacassa, the more fees once checked in.

Hi Elihue. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the ocean view and found the condo clean and well-maintained. Regarding towels, per Vacasa’s standard, we provide 1.5 bath, hand, and washcloth towels per guest based on the home’s maximum occupancy. We do not replenish towels during the stay, but if the home has an in-unit washer and dryer, guests can refresh their towel supply by washing them as needed. I’ll be sure to pass along your suggestion about providing beach towels and extra towels to our local team for consideration. We understand the elevator wait times can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience during your stay. As for the fees, we strive to be transparent about all charges, including those from VRBO and Vacasa. Thank you again for your valuable insights. We hope to welcome you and your family back for an even better experience in the future.
